Jess, Liam and Mason walked down the hallways towards the next class. Mason held a large book about supernaturals in his hands examining page by page, still trying to find out about the creature 'berserker' that attacked him way back with Lydia in the school's basement.

"You still reading about this stuff?" Liam asked him.

"I was attacked by a giant wearing a bear skull. It left an impression. Look-look, have you seen anything like this?" He asked as he pointed at a drawing of berserker.

Jess nodded as Liam shakes his head.

He looked at her with his eyebrows raised as she realized was she was doing.

"I meant no! Of course I have never seen such anything like that!" She muttered nervously as she rubbed the back of her neck.

Mason sighed as he continued to change the page.

"And there's this whole section about the Nagual. Have you ever heard the name tezc..tetzcat-" Mason got cut off by Liam

"Tezcatilpoca." Liam said nodding his head, then looked at him with wide eyes. "Uh nop, I've never heard of it."

Liam walked inside of the class room as Mason and Jess trailed behind. Mason looked at her pleadingly as she shrugged and held her hands up in defense. "I really don't know anything, sorry bud." as she sat on her seat, him sitting in front of her.

Liam stood up looking nervously at the girl he was about to sit next to.

"Take your seats everyone." Mr.Yukimura said.

Liam still stood up as he kept on looking around trying to find another free seat.

"Liam." Mr.Yukimura said. "You're not just gonna stand there, are you?"

Liam shrugged. "Maybe."

"The whole semester?"

"Maybe?" Liam said hesitated.

"Liam, just sit down." Jess said in a hushed whisper.

Liam just put his books on his desk defeated. He slipped his backpack off and placed it beside his desk. As he sat down, he felt something at his thighs. Liam slowly got up as he realized that it was a gum now stuck on his shorts.

Hayden looked up at him in an evil grin before settling her eyes back again to the board.

Liam changed in some gym shorts and stood there on his locker waiting for Jade and Mason's arrival.

"But people around us seem to know things, Like Lydia. She knows things." Mason said to Jess as they reached Liam.

She groaned as she leaned her head on Liam's shoulder tiredly.

"Dude, it's your first day of school, okay? Shouldn't you be thinking about other things? Like.. Soccer team." Liam said as he pointed towards a bunch of The soccer team players pass by.

"What do you think i'm going to do? Follow them out to the field and watch them practice while i pretend to study?" Mason said as Liam nodded.

"It's warm out," Jess teased. " Probably going to be shirtless."

Mason looked in between the players and them before nodding. "I'll see you guys in physics." And ran off behind them to the field.

Liam unlocked his locker to place back his ruined shorts, but stopped as the locker beside him slammed shut.

"Nice shorts." Hayden said smirking. She looked at Jess giving her a smile and turned her eyes back to Liam.

"Yeah, Thanks. You know, i was wondering if you were still pissed off about sixth grade. But.. i guess you cleared that up." He said.
