It was the night before the board exams, and the tension in the room was pabbable. Reyansh was sitting at his desk, textbooks scattered around him, his head pounding from the late-night studying. He massaged his temples, trying to focus when the door suddenly creaked open. He glanced up, surprised to see Siya standing there with a cup in her hand.

"Coffee," she said, placing the cup on his table.

"Tune banayi?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

["Have you prepared it?']

"Ham... ham kyun banane lage? Mummy ne bhejvai hai," she replied, shrugging her shoulders nonchalantly.

["Why would I? Mummy asked me to give you."]

"Everyone else is sleeping, Siya." Reyansh said with a knowing smirk.

"Haan toh uth gayi thi mummy. Am I lying?" Siya countered, crossing her arms defensively.

Reyansh chuckled softly, the corners of his lips curling into a small smile. "Okk, okk, chilla mat ab dayan jaise," he teased, fully aware she was lying but not calling her out directly.

Siya noticed him pressing his temples, his exhaustion evident. She frowned. "Why are you still awake agar headache ho raha hai toh? So jao na. During our exams, didn't you say that studying at the last minute won't help much?" She reminded him with a slight tilt of her head.

"Few minutes more," he muttered, still trying to concentrate on his books.

"Haan, taaki kal exam me sote reh jao. It's 12:30," she pointed out, folding her arms.

"Haan, so jaunga time se. Tu jaa na ab," he said, glancing at her briefly before turning back to his notes.

"Hame kya!" Siya said, rolling her eyes as she shrugged her shoulders and turned to leave, though there was a small hint of concern in her voice.

As she exited the room, Reyansh watched her go with a soft smile on his face, feeling a little better knowing she cared enough to stay up just to bring him coffee, even if she wouldn't admit it.
