DREAM P.O.V.
I was so scared of Demon and what else he could do to me. I don't know how long I was locked away. First he tried to drown me in a freezing cold ice bath. Then he burry me under ground with things I am most absolutely terrified of. Spiders and rats! I cried and screamed so hard I lost my voice and passed out a few times.
I knew he hated me but never would have thought he would do me like that! I rather him just shot me a bunch of times.
All I could think about was my girls and how I had to fight for them. No matter what he did to me I was gonna fight through it for them.
Can I see them? I asked softly as he finished cleaning up.
They'll be home from school in a few hours. He said without looking up at me.

He looked up at me and his eyes softened a bit, like had some type of sorrow for me. He nodded his head and I sat quietly sipping the protein shake. My whole body ached. I was really traumatized!
Is the protein shake helping? He asked but I didn't think he really cared. I nodded my head yeah. He gave me my phone, purse, and clothes. "Yo little boyfriend keep texting you!" He said as if he was jealous. I looked down at the screen on who it was and it was Justin. I haven't heard from him or talked to him since he walked away from me and told me we weren't going to work out almost 6 years ago.
He isn't my boyfriend...
I don't give a fuck if he was or he wasn't!
Yeah but you're assuming that he is and he's not. I haven't spoken to him in almost 6 years.

DEMON P.O.V.
Dream rubbed the tears out her eyes and tried yo force a smile on her face as the girls walked in from school. Winters face lit up and Autumn was so happy to be seeing their mother.
She helped them with their homework and they showed her their room and everything they liked to play with and do.
They played with her for hours! She never took her eyes off of them.
I made dinner something simple rice and grilled chicken. The girls loved it. Dream couldn't eat cause she was so deprived. I offered her another protein shake but she ignored me.
After dinner she helped them do their night time routine. Gave them showers, washed their faces and brushed their teeth with them. Tucked them in and read them a bed time story.
She grabbed her stuff to leave in the freezing cold rain but I felt like I had a heart. I stopped her from leaving and told her she didn't have to walk in that cold rain. She wasn't expecting that at all. I went into my closet of fresh covers and told her she could sleep on the couch.
Can you turn the heat up a bit? She asked cold.
No! I shrugged my shoulders and went upstairs to my room. I showered and got ready for tomorrow.
I went downstairs to lay the girls clothes and stuff out. And Dream was laying there shivering in her sleep. I tried to convince myself that I didn't care. I picked her up from the couch and carried her upstairs to my bedroom and laid her in my bed. I laid behind her with my arms over hers. She was so cold she took a minute to warm. I can't believe I was doing this
