Joshua X Seventeen

Stabbed

Seventeen was in the practice room practicing for their comeback 'Spill the Feels'. Hoshi and Dino, as usual were teaching the members how to do the choreo.

"No,not like that!" Hoshi scolded Seungkwan who immediately glared at him but Hoshi couldn't care less and they started their usual bicker again.

"Guys, you are getting distracted again." Scoups told them as he grabbed a bottle from the side and finished it.

"Okay, lets do it again!" DK yelled, suddenly getting back all his energy and they turned the music on and did the dance.

After a while...                                                                                                                                                                                         "Hyung! Stop, I need a break!" Seungkwan shouted and fell to the floor.

"Fine, we can take a small break." Hoshi said and grabbed a bottle from the table.

"Yah! You just took the last bottle!" Dino yelled and suddenly the attention went to Hoshi who was still drinking the water.

"Its fine guys, I will just go get more since I need the restroom too." Joshua suggested to avoid them getting into arguments again.

"Oh, alright then!" Dino happily said as he sat on the floor.

"Thanks hyung! Hoshi shouted as Joshua walked to the door.

As Joshua walked out, he was surprise that the hallways were quiet. "The other groups must be off today" he thought as he made his way to the cafeteria where he saw a staff sitting there alone, staring at him.

Joshua just smiled at her but he still felt suspicious of her. He focused on getting the plastic bottles when he heard a chair move.

He felt someone's eyes watching him but shook it off. He grabbed the plastic bottles and turned to the exit when he felt a hand grab his wrists and flinched.

"Joshua, do you know how hard it was for me to see you? I had to wait until all the groups were busy and not in the building except for Seventeen." The lady said in a creepy tone that scared Joshua. K

Joshua tried to shake her hands off him but the woman's grip was too tight. 

"P-please let go of my hand." Joshua cursed at himself for stuttering and felt like killing himself when the lady just smiled and fished out something from her bag.

Joshua froze with dread when he saw the shiny knife that she took out.

"If I can't have you...no one can!" She said and stabbed Joshua who screamed.

He fell onto his knees and screamed again when she pulled the knife out, he held his bleeding chest, trying to put pressure on it.

"Aww, does it hurt?" The lady kneeled down and attempted to touch his wound but Joshua managed to gather enough energy to kick her.

"Yah, you bitch!" She said and was about to kick him back when she heard a few footsteps coming and immediately ran off like the coward she was.

"Joshuji!" Joshua heard Jeonghan's voice and tried to stay awake as he heard many footsteps coming.

"Shua!"

"Hyung!"

Joshua could hear them but he didn't have the strength to open his eyes.

Flashback...

"Its been 10 minutes, why isn't Shua hyung back yet?" Wonwoo, the observant one asked and all the bickering and chattering suddenly stopped.

"Do you reckon something bad happened to him?" Scoups asked.

"Maybe but lets wait a few more minutes and if he is not back by then, then we can check." Mingyu suggested and the rest agreed.

"Its been 20 minutes, something must have happened to him." Jeonghan said, frowning.

"Yeah, lets check to be sure." Vernon said and they all stood up and left.

Present..

"Cheol, he's not opening his eyes!" Jeonghan panicked.

"DK call the ambulance!" Scoups shouted.

"Jun, Hoshi, Mingyu and Wonwoo, come with me to see if the person who attacked him is still in the building." Scoups commanded while comforting Jeonghan and the rest that Joshua would be fine.

Jeonghan and Vernon put pressure on Joshua's wound to prevent more blood from flowing out. While the other 4 members tried to wake Joshua up.

Soon, the ambulance came and took Joshua to the hospital with Jeonghan in the ambulance with him while the other members took the car.

Scoups, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo and Mingyu managed to find the girl trying to sneak out of the building and caught her in time.

Scoups was talking to the police as the members made their way  the hospital.

At the hospital...

They were all in the waiting room, waiting for the doctor to come out.

After what felt like hours, the doctor finally came out and the members jumped to their feets.

"How is he?" Scoups asked.

"He is fortunate that the knife didn't go too deep but he broke a few of his ribs and he may not be able to walk for sometime as he got stabbed in the stomach areawhich would hurt if he walked. He may also struggle to eat food as his stomach is still healing but other than that, he is alright." The doctor informed them.

They all sighed in relief and asked if they could see him.

Joshua felt his head throb and slowly fluttered his eyes open to see his members surrounding him, asking him if he was alright.

It took him a while to realise what happened and he winced when he tried to get up.

"Stay there hyung, you sre still injured." He heard DK said.

"Hyung, I'm sorry." Hoshi suddenly said and Joshua turned to him weakly.

"Don't be. I needed to use the washroom anyway and it wasn't your fault." Joshua gave him a weak smile.

"Don't worry, we will all take care of you." DK said and everyone agreed.

And to Joshua's surprise, they did take care of him. 

Joshua couldn't be more happy.

"My twelve protectors..."
