The rat made it's move

What father and I assumed out of sheer analysis and assumption based on the behaviors of others was surprisingly correct, except for the fact that Thomas intercepted our offer to cooperate. He said it was better to draw us out of the investigation for the purpose of safety measurements. The old man was blunt enough to tell me in front of everyone else that he was suspicious of me. Aubreon tried to avert his claims and reassured Thomas that I was innocent but the guy was on pins and needles—is mind calculates differently from what it used to do.

I can't blame him. He did receive all of the damages, and his records are out there for the president and other organizations to track. The man got a lot of cleaning up to do and it'll take forever to do so.

Despite his needed presence back in Canada, Thomas entrusted Gabriel to fix minor things in the manpower, because he wanted to go to Monaco and sniff out the culprit personally.

Good luck with the mole, he won't live another day once Thomas finds whoever he is. Gabriel agreed to go back to Canada as expected. It was a great opportunity for Gabriel to manage his father's empire and not gonna lie, it made me a little jealous since he got to do most of the fun stuff. While I'm going to go back home and do nothing while the others do the work.

Aubreon agreed to Thomas's terms after the two conversed privately. I don't know the context of their conversation but it must be important seeing as Aubreon agreed after declining and defending me during the meeting.

After the meeting Thomas and I discussed the possibility that the rat has something to do with killing our mentors. Assuming that would be the case, then I can't just stand still and let others do the revenge for me. They don't want me to meddle with their work then I'll just have to find ways to do it in discretion.

The so called 'reunion' ended early than planned.

We parted ways from the hotel, the women were asking questions why it was cut short but the men told half of the truth. Telling them their was an urgent problem that requires us to move in different paths.

The original plan was to go as a whole group in the air port but they later thought things through and changed the entire plan to avoid any troubles along the way.

So here I was, waiting for the group to stop bidding their goodbyes. I could hear a lot of compliant but it was shushed down with the guys promising to held another event soon, once things 'calm down'.

I don't know if I should be disappointed or not, a part of me wants to stay a little longer and get to know the rest of the people but a part of me grows tired from seeing Aubreon and Angelica trying to fake their perfect marriage from every staff they encounter. It seems that the guys were aware of their 'relationship' after all.

I have both my men beside me as we waited for the rest to leave.

"I hate that we're going to part ways too soon" Maximus whined like a child with a voice unpleasantly deep as he clings on Geogria's short figure. Maximus is just tall, 6'5 probably. "I just can't go"

"You're always free to visit me Max" Georgia laughs while others were busy leaving one another some words of goodbyes. Thomas was eyeing the two but he made sure to pay attention to what Jay and Henry was saying. I could say the same thing to Sabina.
