Something that was, initially, posted in one of the chapters for my 'Monkey God of Remnant' story, that I've moved here to expand upon, and just to have it so I can delete the 'useless' chapter later.
Dr. Gero created you within a hidden lab, one potentially dating back before his revenge against the Z-Fighters. This was a much older, but still as advanced lab, where the original blueprints and ideas for the androids came about. Before getting to your creation, to start though, we'll be covering the 'important' androids first, and what brought about Dr. Gero's thought process to come up with your - and your 'younger brother's' - creation.
Starting with: Gevo & Android 16.
Gevo: The eldest son of Doctor Gero and Doctor Vomi. Not much is known about Gevo's personal life, but what is know is that he enlisted into the Red Ribbon Army against his father's wishes. Gevo was said to have been ruthless, bold and daring during his life.
During his career as a soldier within the Red Ribbon Army, he ascended through the ranks and become an elite within the Red Ribbon Army, earning him the codename 'General Gold'. Tragically, Gevo lost his life due to an enemy bullet.

In his affection for his eldest son, Dr. Gero programmed Android 16, who was modeled directly after Gevo, to be non-aggressive overall, in an attempt to significantly lower risks of Android 16, his 'son', from being destroyed in combat. It is unknown whether Android 16's love for life was unique to the Android, or was a trait from Gevo.

It is also known that Gevo is the uncle to Dr. Hedo, Dr. Gero's grandson, and offspring of Dr. Gero and Dr. Vomi's youngest son, who is unknown.
Vomi: The woman Dr. Gero - somehow - married and was the template for Android 21. The mother of Gevo, and an unknown son, to which she became the grandmother to Dr. Hedo. Vomi's cause of death is, currently, unknown. But she, unfortunately, died long before Dr. Gero.
