The next day

Vali woke up feeling refreshed and happy, he was able to find a place to stay and secured protection from the fatui especially the doctor who would no doubt conduct experiments on him.

He walked out of the room and saw morax looking a little exhausted while ping and guizhong were chatting happily their faces glowing with happiness . Soon they spotted him and waved for him to come closer.

Ping : hello vali, how was your sleep ?

Vali : fine, how was your day out ?

Ping : it was great, all three of us went out and bought things and saw all the sites in liyue, after that we came back here and had fun.

Vali : why does mr morax seem too tired ? ( also why does he smell like them ).

Guizhong and ping blushed a bit while morax seemed to be remembering something nice yet tiring.

Vali : ( no way , I know ping and guizhong were rivals but it was never mentioned that they competed for morax's love only music , I guess reality is different from the game )

Guizhong: he is just too tired from working last night, he is the lord of geo so he does have alot of work ( giving a white lie ).

Morax : indeed, now cloud retainer will be coming in a few hours to pick you up, in the meantime I will take you to get some clothes.

Vali : okay, I have no problem.

After eating, both he and morax who had put a human disguise walked the streets of liyue in the direction of a shop, as they walked he could feel the eyes of the people looking at him especially his dragon horns, however nobody seemed to dare come close.

Finally they arrived at a very fancy looking shop that seemed to sell very expensive clothes.

Vali : should we go to another place, this place seems to be too fancy ( having never been one to spend too much on fancy clothes ).

Morax : worry not, you may not know this but the currency of teyvat which is called mora is created by me therefore I am never short of it, so don't be nervous and if you find anything you like you can tell me.

In truth, morax was not only very grateful for vali but he also felt a sort of kinship to him as a fellow dragon. In his long life he had never met someone like him so it was really a surprise when he saw vali.

Vali : okay.

As soon as they entered the shop they were met by a woman who let out a small gasp when she saw his horns and quickly bowed to morax even though she did not know who he is.

Employee: greetings great adeptus, what would you like of me today ?

Morax : the child needs a full wardrobe.

Employee : ofcourse. It is an honor to have you here.

An hour later both vali and morax walked out of the shop holding many bags that soon dissapeared into morax space.

Morax : we still have time, is there anything you want to do ?

Vali : can we look around ? Liyue is huge and since I will live in it I would like to see the sites. ( it is so different from the game which I guess makes sense ).

Morax : very well but keep close.

Soon they began walking around the place with the older man telling vali some historical facts and other boring things that made him almost fall asleep. Therefore, he did not notice a girl running until she crashed into him, he staggered a bit but quickly composed himself, his dragon physique made him much more powerful than and ordinary person while the girl fell to the floor with her things scattered on the ground.
