Days later vulkin was running the new recruits through the hellish training when ava and knight approached him with a idea about those who cant pass the final test to become a mech pilot. "Huh that is a good idea we could use more carriers in the fleet to help transport units to the battle and more weapon platforms." Vulkin said with amusement in his voice and a sparkle in his eye as he turned towards everyone he signed for everyone to stand at attention. As everyone stood still Vulkin cleared his throat and spoke with a sense of ease not to alarm everyone " Listen up everyone there has been a idea Ava and Knight have brought to me and i will implement it right away to those who do not pass nor wish to drop out of the mech pilot training you will be able to become a truck driver and be under the command of Knight as a Weapons platform and transport for the mech's and their pilots to those who wish to drop out please stand to one side and no this is not going to be a hazing this is real." Right then eight people took a step to one side and was taken with knight to get their CDL so they may become truck drivers and more importantly weapon platform operators. After a while Vulkin took a walk towards a empty part of the base and closed the door then looked up as if he was staring through the fourth wall and spoke softly " Hello all my reader I hope you all are enjoying this book i wanted to take this moment to help clear some stuff up for everyone First on this list is well Ava and I yes we are dating and yeah i know it was kind a cliche but in our eyes the world could of ended and we would be happy. After that Vulkin went back out and kept up the work training everyone being very proud of them. After  a few weeks the day came for everyone who passed to get their call signs and mechs out of the recruits there was Sentinel the  heavy firepower mech equipped with mobile railguns and wrist mounted gatling guns. Next was Wolf the silent stealthy mech made to do recon it carries a long ranged two hundred caliber rifle. The next mech was Warrior the melee built mech its built for close combat and taking hits. And last Rubicon the mech built for quick movements its a balanced built mech with a load out built for everything. Vulkin at the party stood to give a speech and with pride in his voice he spoke " Everyone here tonight are now drivers and pilots I am very proud to call you all brothers and sisters who will have my back you are now apart of well hmmmm?" he trailed off trying to figure out what to call his new crew of badass mech pilots and drivers then someone spoke up " The hounds of war?" right then Vulkin snapped his fingers in approval and said " THE HOUNDS OF WAR! Tomorrow we hunt the battlefield !" Everyone clapped in excitement the party waged on until o-five-hundred the following day everyone had hangovers the size of Canada. After everyone got their medical treatment for the hangovers they all got geared up and formed up on Dreadnaught and Mistress. Right then Ava voice came over the speaker and said " Mission Objective is simple Search and Destroy the enemy has a lab trying to make Bio weapons we can't allow that to stand Dreadnaught, Sentinel, Wolf, Rubicon you will be the forward vanguard buy time for the driver Team to set up and scan the target area once it is located Dreadnaught and Sentinel use your weapons and destroy it all firepower is authorized." The blast doors swung open and the units moved out Into the hunt.
