Contract with Manabu

I arrived in my room, and sighed.

Looking at the location in the phone, it seems that Kushida is in the dorm.

I heard a knock on my door, breaking me out of my musings.

I went to the door, and looked through the peephole.

I opened the door and let him in, and closed the door.

He asked me, and I ignored him.

I stared him down, and he sat down and took out three phones and some notebooks.

And took out a contract from his pocket.

"These are notebooks and test papers for this semester. There was too much material, so I will bring them by tomorrow."

"Hmm. Alright."

He wants to stall for time huh. Making excuses to come here.

I read through the contract, and didn't find anything missing.

"Do you have class 1-A's homeroom teacher's number?"

I can't let this exchange be known by Chibashira or any other teacher. Mashima is the only one who wouldn't leak or try to use this information. Afterall, his class is already A, and he seems like the type who sticks to the rules and doesn't interfere with students.

I got his number, and called him.

"Good evening Mashima-sensei. I am Horikita Suzune of class 1-D."

A will give B three phones under his name, with full authority to use the points in them to B. When A is one month away from graduation, he will transfer the ownership of the phones to B.

A will transfer 50% of the monthly points he gets to B in the three phones, 1/3rd of the transferred amount in each phone. Failure to do so by the end of 3rd day of the month will result in all of A's points be transferred to B throughout his time in the school.

A will provide all his notes, test papers, and other school learning material to B.

A will provide all possible points within his capability to B from his own balance and his colleagues a day before his graduation.

B will cease all hostilities with A.

Having read the contract, Mashima didn't ask us anything about what hostilities I have against Manabu.

I thanked him, and we signed the contract.
