C● 34 Consequences

As morning broke, Jungkook stood, resolve firm, and determined to began his path toward forgiveness and redemption.

Last night he had made the decision, he'll take the first step towards redemption,  for the people who wanted him to be good ,

After a cool shower, Jungkook dressed perfectly and stepped outside, mind runs with many thoughts as how he gonna do anything. If he will be able to or not , at the stairs he trip and was about to fall ,

"Watch out !"

Cristina growl from behind , her hand clutch his forearm immediately, Jungkook float in middle one leg in air , Cristina pulled him back , Jungkook's eyes locked on her . He composed himself,

"Wrong direction sometimes make you trip over, mr. Junglebook "

Cristina tried to tease , However Jungkook just watched her , she snap her finger before him

"What ?? Are you awake?? "

She asked descending the stairs ,Jungkook followed silently. At downstairs, he grasp her wrist

"I have something to say "

Cristina tilt her head , dance her eyebrows signaling him to continue

"I ---- I.......I thought about your words yesterday.....and ......I decided.....I'll *gulp twice* I'll try to change and do good"

Jungkook finally finished his sentence, leaving Cristina with wide eyes , She tried to find any lie ,however Jungkook's eyes are sparkling with admiration and confidence, which wasn't there before this day .

Yoongi was at the living room drinking water, hearing him he choke on his drink, Maids were preparing plates before table, hearing him one of them dropped the plate unwittingly, not trusting him for a second,

The sound and choking break Cristina's trance , she smile awkwardly, hit him playfully

"You're not joking right ??"

Jungkook shook his head , holding her firmly. Cristina glance at Yoongi, who's visibly shocked.

She snaps the skepticism and cheer ,fixing his tie

"That's great !! That's the least I've ever or I say anyone has ever expected from you.....however good decision...you'll have my full support "

Jungkook's lips curve into a smile ,His eyes followed her as he continued

"You'll support me ??"

Cristina nod, with a smile she answered

"See , I will always support you if you plan to do something good , by good I mean good to others , "

Jungkook's eyes sparkle up ,
She was about to walk towards the Dining table, when Jungkook again held her wrist pulled her before him ,

"I need your help in this....you'll help me right ??"

Cristina nod ,with a smile, to which Jungkook smile slightly.  However their this interaction didn't pleased Yoongi, his eyes darkened.

"So , come with me "

Saying that Jungkook start to drag her towards his study ,

"But the food ----"

Cristina's words were cut off ,by Jungkook

"They will bring it there...."

Yoongi watch them silently, later asked the maids to bring the meal to serve in study.
