The Sweet Taste of Success

a few days after  Seungcheol is at his office, deep in thought.

He’s going through some work reports and realizes there’s a project that requires additional help—perhaps it’s a marketing campaign, an event, or a research project for a new business idea.

As he reads through the requirements, he thinks, "Jeonghan would be perfect for this.

"He smiles to himself, remembering how hardworking and dedicated Jeonghan is.

The more he considers it, the more he feels this could be a genuine way to support him without making it seem like charity.

After all, it’s work that needs to be done, and he trusts Jeonghan’s abilities completely.

The next day, Seungcheol calls Jeonghan, suggesting they meet up after Jeonghan finishes his part-time job.

"Hey, I was wondering if you could drop by my office.

I have something I’d like to discuss with you," he says, trying to keep it casual.Jeonghan agrees, though he’s a bit curious and nervous about why Seungcheol wants to see him at work.

When Jeonghan arrives at Seungcheol’s office, he’s greeted warmly by the staff.

They all know who he is from Seungcheol's stories, which makes him feel welcomed. Seungcheol leads him to his office, offering him a cup of coffee as they settle down.

Cheol starts the conversation gently. "So, we have this project coming up," he begins, pulling out a folder. "It’s a bit much for me to handle on my own with everything else going on.

I was thinking... would you be interested in working on this with me?"Jeonghan looks surprised, glancing through the documents.

It’s a legitimate project, something challenging yet within his capabilities. "You mean… you want me to help you with this?" he asks, still processing.

"Not just help," Seungcheol replies with a reassuring smile. "I want you to take the lead. You’ve always been great with organizing things, and I trust your judgment.

Of course, I’ll be here to support you, but this is something I think you’d be amazing at."

Jeonghan is hesitant. "But I’ve never done something like this professionally before. What if I mess up?"Seungcheol shakes his head.

"I know you, Jeonghan. You never do anything halfway. Besides, this isn’t just me handing you a favor.

We genuinely need someone with your skills. You’ll be paid fairly, and this could be a great addition to your experience.

"After a moment of silence, Jeonghan gives a small nod.

"Okay, I’ll do it. But only if you promise not to go easy on me just because we're friends."Seungcheol laughs. "Deal. But I already know you’re going to do an incredible job."

Working Together -

Late Nights and Sweet MomentsThe project was officially underway, and Seungcheol and Jeonghan found themselves spending more time together than ever.

The office lights stayed on late into the night, long after everyone else had gone home.

It became their little world, a place where they could work, laugh, and share moments that belonged only to them.

The First Late Night:

It was their first late night together. Jeonghan sat cross-legged on the floor with papers spread around him, while Seungcheol leaned against the desk, laptop in hand.
