IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that these are all 'standard' stats for those positions. And also, on top of that others can have 'Perks' of their own. But yeah, Eiji is entering broken territory (or has already done so, difficult to tell with the bullshit world we're talking about). Also, there's more difference between the ten levels in the Jounin stats than there is in the Civilian ones, obviously.
