Alex’s P.O.V.

My mom and I were in the car as my mom was speeding so far trying to get away from another car that was chasing us. I was trying not to freak out. I don't know what was going on but my mom was worried like really worried, and when she is worried that scares me. "Don't worry sweetie I will protect you nobody will ever hurt you or take you away that's a promise" my mom explains. "Mom what's going on, why are people after us?" I asked. "Honey I found something that deals with the cursed woods and how to break it but I will need your help with that" my mom explains.

"What do you mean like Harry Potter?" I asked. "Yes like Harry Potter you’re the key to breaking the curse but your power hasn't awakened yet so I need to train you to help you master it fully. You’re the prophecy to breaking this curse and helping those people trapped in there" my mom explained."So are we going to the cursed woods right now?" I asked. "Yes we are giving them the slip and we will lose them" my mom explained. Just when we saw the woods someone crashed into our car making the car tumble down inside the woods and crash completely as I was knocked out.

I heard voices as I heard my mom pleading "please don't hurt her she doesn't know anything about the woods please" my mom lied. I opened my eyes as I saw my mom outside the car crawling on the floor as a man was pointing his gun at her. "I don't believe you Helen, you had gone too far and revealed the woods. Are you trying to release those monsters that want to kill us after locking them up for 300 years" the man explained. "She doesn't know anything, just please don't hurt my daughter" mom begged. "I am sorry Helen, it's the rules I have to kill you and your girl, all evidence must be erased" the man explained. I slowly got out of the car and crawled to my mom in pain. I must have gotten hurt through the crash. "Please don't hurt my mom whatever she is saying she is telling the truth" I explained.

"I am sorry girl, I have to do this," the man explained. My mom slowly got up and walked to him "please don't let Amanda take her away" mom explained. "I am sorry Helen" the man explained as another car came and a man hit mom with the head of the shotgun. "Who do you think you are trying to run away from us bitch. You will pay for what you hear and your little girl" the other mean man explained. "Phil, we are going to give them a good painless death. We don't want a ruthless death on our hands" the man explained. "Oh fuck you Todd your nothing but a goodie goodie teacher’s pet let's fuck them over and get it done" Phil replied. I was scared that they would kill us both. So I grab mom's hand and move my head towards the deeper woods to our escape. My mom nodded while we heard the men bicker at each other.

As my mom and I got up and tried to run as fast as our injured body could I heard them yell at us and went chasing after us. Just when I saw the giant wall I heard a gunshot and I felt pain. I fell as my mom yelled for me. I looked at my mom and the next thing that happened right in front of me was that my mom got shot. Mom slowly fell to the floor like a slow movie. I couldn't breathe. I was choking on air. My vision was blurry as I heard someone was aiming their gun at me. I turned to see the mean man Phil getting ready to kill me. I turned to see my mom lying on the ground dead and all I saw was red. I felt something powerful and strong as I scream the force I let out blow away. I looked at the two men lying on the ground and I looked at my mom one last time as I lay on the ground and blacked out.

3rd P.O.V.

Meanwhile somewhere in town there was a woman with long blonde hair, with a red dress, and black heels. She gasps in shock as she feels the power coming. "So the prophecy does exist. She has come back as more powerful than me, she has come to break my curse. Well then I will have to come and stop her myself if it's the last thing I do. I will find you one way or another" she replied while looking out the open window as the night sky was showing a full moon.
