"Wei Ying..!" Lan Zhan clenches harder to the headband, he honestly couldn't believe it. You're also a Lan, so shouldn't you intervene and stop Wei Ying, immediately, Lan Zhan vomits blood, and Wei Ying just smiles, "Okay, you've spat out the congestion."

You and Wei Ying sit in front of Lan Zhan, "It is nothing to be thankful of, it's more important to care about your comrades, not just yourself." You calmly state, the wound on your chest and down your stomach didn't hurt anymore, but the blood in your robes bother you.

Wei Ying luckily was able to create fire, just for the three of you to stay warmer and be alive, "Hey, Lan Zhan, Y/N," He stands up from his crouching position, "The monster is very alert now.." You can sense a soft vibration under your feet, and you stand up too, "I see..."

"It noticed every time I went in the water for just a moment." Wei Ying frowns, staring at the water, "We can't get out of here without killing it." Lan Zhan speaks up, "I do have a solution." But he's the injured man

"Then let's aim for that area...!" Wei Ying says with a determined smile, but Lan Zhan frowns back, "It's extremely difficult." You look back at the monster's shell, then back to your robes, clenching your fists, "The monster seems extraordinary," You mutter, "It's a ferocious beast." The Lan adds, "The Slaughter Xuanwu"

You realize and finally get a memory back into your head, a story you must have heard about, "The Slaughter Xuanwu?" The Wei asks, tilting his head, "According to ancient scripts, 400 hundred years ago, Qishan was rioted by a ferocious beast called Slaughter Xuanwu." Lan Zhan explains, "From what I have heard and seen, the beats is a combination of turtle and snake. And it looks just like a mythic creature Xuanwu..." You say, and Lan Zhan nods, "But it likes to eat people."

"There was an alliance to kill it, but failed." As Lan Zhan keeps explaining the story, Wei Ying sits down beside the two of you, "Now that we're all injured,"

Wei Ying frowns, supporting his cheek with his hand, "Then we can only..." Wait? Possibly, for help?
