000. THE INTERVIEW

⤷ Juna never considered herself to be an extrovert, so the fact that she had found herself on love island was mind-boggling to her. "Hi!" She exclaimed, waving her hands frantically in front of the camera. She sat herself down on the unique-looking chair, adjusting her dress. "My name is Demitra Juna! Or Juna... or Demitra," she laughed as she trailed off. She fiddled with her numerous bracelets as the production crew increased the lights on her. "Okay so, I'm Demitra Juna, I'm 21 from Islington in North London. I grew up in both North London and Melbourne! I'm an Art Curator."

"But, yeah. I'm a massive sucker for sculptures and renaissance artworks. Anything from like over 100 years ago. I'm your girl," She winked weakly into the camera, covering her mouth as she laughed loudly.  "This is so bad but I don't really have a life outside of art. I love all forms of art, truly. That's why I feel like I'm weirdly obsessed with like butterflies and moths." She laughed again, furrowing her brows as she realised how weird that sounded. "At my auntie's shop, she's a florist. We keep the flowers outside and the butterflies that come and land on them are so beautiful. I find myself when I'm not working, just sitting at the front of her shop and drawing their designs. They're gorgeous."

Juna sighed heavily, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "I've come on love island because I don't know what's going on with the dating scene right now," She clapped, tapping her foot slightly. "It's actually horrible. I was engaged once before. But I was going. And dumb, and it obviously didn't work out." She confessed, staring the camera down. She rubbed her hands together anxiously at the thought of thinking about her last serious relationship. He was a headache, and God forbid she ever go through that again. "But that was the past. I'm here and I'm looking for someone to be my best friend, you know. I don't want someone who is nonchalant or too controlling. I need him to be like.. perfectly in the middle."

"Sorry, I feel like I'm a bit boring." She laughed, rolling her shoulders. She sat up straighter and crossed her legs over each other. "I'm just nervous guys," she teased, smiling largely. "I've never really been in front of a camera! I'm always behind the scenes and no one is really filming the process of curating art museums."
