Jessica, a 22-year-old girl, loves her job advertising for food restaurants. One day, she receives a weird email about advertising at an unknown bakery named Open Heart Bakery. She picks up her 11-year-old brother Osmen from school and they head to the bakery. On the way, Osmen starts feeling unwell and starts muttering that he doesn't want to go. Just as they approach the bakery, he starts crying and sees 10 children covered in blood walking towards them.
Jessica doesn't give much thought to Osmen "s weird behavior and takes him inside Open Heart Bakery. They are served expensive chocolate cakes, sweet buns, and other delicious dishes. Two elderly couple, the owners of the bakery, offer to take care of Oskar in the kids room.
Osmen agrees to go with them, but Jessica soon gets the feeling that something is wrong. After eating the meat cutlet, which was the last dish, she goes to look for her brother but can't find him.
She starts searching for him and soon finds herself the kitchen, where she sees the elderly couple cutting up human hearts and learning that they were cutting osmen "s heart and making cutlets from it. She feels confused and shocked, and her vision goes black.
When she wakes up, she finds herself in the hospital. She tells everything to her parents who start crying and reveal that Open Heart Bakery closed 15 years ago because the owners were kidnapping children and making dishes from their bodies. Just as the police were about to arrest
the owners of the bakery, they both committed suicide.
