Where it spawns: mountains
Where it goes/ its route: it will start off on top of secret tunnel and it will remain there till someone enters mountains and goes towards secret tunnel or looks at it. It will walk to city and if no one looks at it at front it will walk to canyons then it will leave once it reaches the back of canyons.
The first stage: it will be on top of secret tunnel with the same colour, same hat and paws but it's eyes will be a white colour. Its name is l00kintheice which infers to look in mountains. Its second stage will not be triggered till someone enters mountains and goes towards secret tunnel.
The second phase: it will disappear for 1-2 minutes and it will leave the game. When it joins its name is called triggered. Whilst it's still in mountains you can look at it but when it leaves mountains it will leave again and enter its 3rd phase. It will leave the game for 2 minutes maximum.
The third and most dangerous stage: it will rejoin at the entrance to mountains in city and you CAN NOT look at it. Its eyes are red, it's name is lookaway666 if you look at it you are done, but we will get to that later. It will not leave again after the third stage , only the fourth stage.
The fourth and most peaceful stage: you haven't looked at it so far, great! It will walk to canyons and it will turn back and look at you and wave. It will fly up to the back of canyons where it's red and it will make a static sound and it will leave.
And for the ones that looked at it during its third stage?
Okay, it will look at you and stare at you for 10-15 seconds and it will disappear into thin air. It will take 12-29 seconds then you will hear the I see you sound. You should press option 1 immediately, it is dangerous at this point. But what ever you do, DO NOT USE STUMP OR MOUNTAINS COMPUTER! The reason why you can't is because you are nearest to city. The most safe computer to use is the flooded caves computer. If you look at mirror, put on the top hat, if you don't then If the ghost sneak attacks then you will be a banned for 1 day to 4 weeks. If you do wear the tophat, it will see you as friendly and it will leave you alone and leave.
