CHAPTER 12

~~Aria~~

After two weeks away from New York, we got back and I was so exhausted from our honeymoon way, our entire trip we didn't interact or do anything, which made me so sad.

I felt like I was so desperate for him and he couldn't give a damn.

We step out of the jet, and I notice that a limo was waiting for us, he opens the door I look at him, his face unreadable, then he gets in the limo on opposite side.

And we drive home in silence, the only thing that went through my head is that fact that I will met his daughters, my heart started beating so fast and a smile grew on my face at the thought of them, do they look like Ace,? how old are they?, and will they like me?.

A hundred questions go through my head, but I calm myself down and hope from the best.

We get to the house then the car door opens a old looking man puts his hand out for me, as I got out, my jaw drops at the breathtaking house, it had endless stairs leading to the front door, maid stood on the porch, lighting glow from the inside.

Tall trees surrounded the property, with a fountain in the middle of the property where the car go around.

Ace stood next to me putting his hand out for me, "this is Ezra he's been my butler since I was born" I smile at him "nice to meet you" I say in an excited tone, I have had a butler before so the idea of it excited me so much.

He smiled back at me then nods his head and says"nice to me you too Mrs. Vanderpool, I hope to get to know you well", "I hope that too"I replied.

Ace hand lead me up the stairs, and to the front door, opening it, I smiled at the maids in front of the door, as they carry the luggage in, entering the house I am left in awe at how amazingly delicate it is.

Yellow gloomy lights are all over the house, the furnitures look like modern old money style, missing some flowers around but no worries, I will just have to add some, without Ace knowing.

"It's beautiful, Ace" he looks down at me and a soft smile appeared his face "Mrs. Vanderpool Let me show you around" a maid pulled me connecting my arm with hers which I didn't mind, she look young I think 16, with a pretty smile on her face.

"I'm Lola, Im 16 about to turn 17, my mom has been working her sense I was 4, I started to work to help her out and I am so happy to meet you, I saw your wedding photos, you looked so beautiful in your wedding dress, and your flower choice is just what I like" I laugh at her excited face as she tells me everything about her and her family in a fast speaking way.

"I'm Aria and please don't call me Mrs. Vanderpool, I feel weird hearing that, as I love your necklace", "oh thank you it's a gift from my mom" she replied, "well your mom has good taste  I have to say".

She smiled brightly, "you know you're nice, I expected you to be a mean woman, because almost every woman that enters this house is very snobby, especially Mr. Vanderpool's Ex wife, she's not someone I want to talk about, after what she did to me" I raise my brow at her comment.

His Ex-wife, the fuck does that bitch as to do with Lola.

"And here's your and Mr. Vanderpool's bedroom" I look around the big room, it was so big and dark and gloomy, how is someone with my personality supposed to sleep in here!!!

My eyes go to the balcony, I step my eyes can't believe what I was seeing, flowers surrounding the backyard they were colorful and beautiful.

"It's gorgeous right" Lola said as I nod agreeing, but I was still stuck on what she said about Aces Ex-Wife, what did she do to Lola.

I look at Lola she smiled as she looked at the garden, her blue eyes are gorgeous, her blonde hair tied in a ponytail pulling her face back, who could hurt such a pure innocence girl.

"Yeah... Yeah it is" I say, she looked at me, before she touched my hair.

I think we are going to be great friends, because we are literally acting like we know each for years, and we just met half an hour ago, Tory will like her.
