Ava met with her assistant as she stepped out of the elevator.
The blonde smiled, handing over a wet rag, a small towel, and a new shirt. "Happy said you are becoming more Tony like every day."
"Thank you, Joy." Ava replied using the rag and then drying off. "Also, he's just being cautious." She pulled on the shirt and headed towards Tony's office. "He's bringing me new coffee."
"I'll put it in your office." Joy responded.
Ava stepped into Tony's office and plopped down onto the couch. "Met dad's favorite today."
"Bet your heart was all a flutter." Tony responded as he worked on something.
Ava got up and moved to look over his shoulder. She tilted her head, then took a pencil and wrote on the paper. "Forgot to carry the 7 and that 3."
Tony rolled, his eyes slapping at her hand. "No touchy."
Ava laughed and started to leave. "Board meeting in twenty."
Tony waved her off. "Yeah, yeah."
"I mean it, Anthony. I don't want to deal with it alone."
"Don't call me Anthony Avianna."
Ava laughed and walked off.
~ One Week Later Battle of NY ~
Ava growled and quickly turned her bracelet into a whip, hitting one of the strange creatures back. As she turned to push a mother and child to safety, debris fell. She was pushed down a body over hers.
Ava looked up and laughed softly. "About time you found me." She smiled at Steve. "You still owe me a coffee."
"We survive this. I'll take you to get that coffee." Steve replied, helping her up. "Get to safety." He stated before running off.
Ava watched him go. "That suit does nothing for his ass." She muttered before helping people get to safe areas fighting off the creatures where she could.
~A Few Hours Later ~
Tony flew through the portal with the missile following him.
"You've reached Ava. Leave a message."
Tony choked up slightly. "So I'm about to do something pretty stupid. I'm sorry I'm breaking my promise. Love you, Avianna. Be like mom, not dad. Also no touching my stuff after I'm gone. Except Dum-E. You can have him."
~ The Next Day ~
After Loki was taken away, Steve got on his bike and headed slightly out of the city. He pulled up to the little Café and walked towards the table. He looked down at the female sitting there.
"Can I still get you that coffee?"
Ava looked up and smiled. "You do owe me one."
Steve smiled and sat across from her.
