The Beach

Aleks and i started walking to the beach. We had to pass some streets in order to get to the beach. Once we passed the streets we had to walk down these big steps. Aleks steps down and holds up his hand while looking at me. I grabbed his hand and he helped me walk down the steps. After we finished walking down the steps we already saw Chris and Kevin swimming and we saw their stuff so we walk over to their stuff and set down my bag and blankets. We then walk into the water and it was cold as fuck. Chris and Kevin then see us and say hi.  "Hey, how's the water?" Chris says while smiling. "Cold" Aleks and I say at the same time, We all then laugh. " You're finally awake?" Kevin says looking at Aleks. "Yeah" " Did you tell my mom were we were?" Kevin asks me. "Yeah, we dropped by their room before we left" "Cool... So what we gonna do now?" Chris then has a excited look on her face "I know what we can do, Kevin let me get on your shoulders" "Oh god, I know what she wants to do" Aleks then lets out a small laugh "What does she want to do?" "Ever since we were little kids, she always want us to get on a person shoulder and try to knock each other off off the shoulders" By the time i was finished talking she was already on Kevin's shoulders. "Please Max, pretty please" She then does her puppy dog face. I look over to Aleks and he goes underwater and i get on his shoulders. He picks me up. "Okay on the count of 3, we start trying to knock each other over." Chris says all excited. "Okay" "1,2....3" We then start pushing each other trying to make them unbalanced. After a couple of minuets, Chris pushes me and i fall into the water. "Yes" I hear Chris say as im in the water. Aleks then grabs me and helps me out the water. "You okay" Aleks says to me. "Yeah, im fine" We then play again 2 more times and then we just swim around. After 2 hours of swimming we get out and decided to head out to a Starbucks in our swimsuits. We arrive at Starbucks and a lady comes over to take our order. "Hi, welcome to Starbucks, what would like today?" "I'll have a pumpkin spiced latte" Chris says. "Can i have the Cold Brew coffee with milk" "I'll have  Iced coffee with milk" The lady then looks at me "I'll have a Chai Latte" "Okay' ill be back in a minuet to give you your drinks" "Chai Latte, Really?" Chris says knowing how i already drink chai latte all the time at home. "Yeah, why not?" "You dint want coffee or maybe what i got?" "Chris please, if i want a Chai Latte, i'll get a Chai Latte, plus it will probably taste different here." "What do you mean it would taste different here?" Aleks says "She always drinks it at home so that's why she said it would probably taste different" Chris said. The lady then comes with our drinks and we pay for them. We all drink our drinks and we all seem to be enjoying them. We stared walking back to the hotel, Chris and Kevin were in front of me and Aleks. "So, im guessing that you don't like Coffee." "You guess right, I tried it once and hated it, never had it again" "Well hold up, was it from Starbucks?" "No, this was my first time going to a Starbucks" He then hands me his drink. "Try this" "Aleks, please" "Just take one sip" I grab his drink and take one sip and it actually didn't taste bad, it wasn't good but it wasn't bad. "Well?" Aleks said while smiling "Its okay" I hand back his drink. "You know i've never tried a Chai Latte before. " I then hand him my drink and he takes a sip. "Wow, that's good" "Yup, that's why i always drink it." We get to the hotel and get dressed and watch Tv
