As Ono leads Aaron to rafiki's tree as a monkey climbs down
"Ahh you must be Aaron ,I am rafiki"the monkey smiles Aaron walks past eager to tell his family the good news but rafiki stopped him and hit him with his staff
"Hey what was that for?!"
"No one ignores rafiki plus I need to tell you something before you enter you must know your mother has died I'm sorry I couldn't do anything about it"rafiki looks down
"What no!"he runs up and looks at his mother's body and sits next to his sister crying silently
Later as he leaves the tree Kion approaches him
"I'm so sorry"kion says sympathetically "but earlier you said that you wanted to help and I've found a way for you to help"
"How?" Aaron asks
"Join the lion guard"kion stated
"I'm in" Aaron replied With that kion puts the mark of the guard on his shoulder
Meanwhile the one of the lionesses from the cave is behind him in the bushes out of sight
"He will be mine"she whispered
"Zuri?where are you?" Another lionesses calls
"Here kiara"zuri whispered
Kiara noticed what she was looking at
"Ooh looking at him again"kiara mocked
"No!"zuri whispered
"You like him"she said
"No I don't"zuri murmured 'or do I?' he thought
