Ash POV:

"How long has uncle Jeremy been asleep?" I leaned my arms on the arm of the chair mike was sitting in.

  "About an hour now poor guy didn't sleep at all last night. Nightmares kept him up."

  Mike looked at Jeremy and sighed. "Uncle Mike I have a question."

  He grunted and looked down at me.

  "How long have you known uncle Jeremy?" He sighed and looked up thinking, "I would say about two years now why?" I sweayed back and forth. "Because the way you guys get along so well you would think you have known one another since you guys were little." He laughed, "yeah we did become pretty close over two years. Why do you ask?"

  "Oh...um...no reason......" He looked at me questionably, I seen movement from the couch. "Oh look he's up." I avoided Mike and ran over to Jeremy, as soon as his eyes opened I hugged him, "Are you okay?" He laughed and hugged me back. "Y-yes im fine oh, I g-got you something." My eyes lit up I wasn't used to getting presents.

  "What is it?" I jumped up and down,"o-over there in t-that bag." He pointed to a corner. I walked over to the bag it said hot topic on one side. I opened it and inside was a soul eater shirt, "I didn't k-know what size y-you wore so I g-got a small-" I interrupted him with a hug. "Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!" I laughed and he smiled at my excitement. I quickly threw on the shirt and it swallowed me. It was a woman's small but I didn't care I hugged myself and rocked back and forth.

  "Im g-glad you l-like it." Jeremy was still smiling at my excitement. I nodded and he patted the space next to him. I set in the space and layed my tiny legs next to his. He was lying on the couch with his leg propped up on a big pillow. I just lyed next to him, he put his arm around me ruffled my hair.

  "D-do you want to w-watch some soul eater b-before bed?" I nodded and he asked what episode I was on and I told him and we watched it until it was time for bed.

  "Okay you weirdos it's time for bed." Mike stood up and helped Jeremy, he had these weird things under his arms.

  "What are those?" I pointed to the items Jeremy was using. "Oh those? They are called crutches they help people who trip over buckets and break there ankel." Jeremy glared at Mike, "your n-never going to l-let that go a-are you?" Mike shook his head and smirked at Jeremy. I followed them down the hall, but Jeremy slipped and fell backwards. Mike caught him in time and sighed, "jer your to clumsy for these."

  "I-i can't help i-it." Jeremy looked down, Mike took Jeremy's crutches and set them up against the wall.

  "H-hey i need t-those!"

  "Nope your not going to fall again." Mike picked Jeremy up bridle style and carried him into Jeremy's room.

  "You can't carry me everywhere you know." Jeremy crossed his arms, "you wanna bet?" Mike set Jeremy down on his bed and pulled the air mattress out from under it.

  "Last time I made a bet with you I lost and lost $40 to you."

  "Exactly why you shouldn't make bets with me." Mike covered Jeremy up and turned to me, "were do you want to sleep? On Jeremy's bed or the air mattress?"

I started to panic, "No no choices there bad no please no choices." I covered my head and Mike freaked out.

  "No no no shhhhush it's ok no choices look you can just sleep with Jeremy ok? He has nightmares so you should keep him safe okay?" He picked me up and rocked back and forth, he kissed the top of my head and sat me down next to Jeremy.
