I look around observing my pack. My top three betas are practicing their routines while the rest of the pack is doing what was assigned to them. I smile seeing my pack and head inside to see my best friend, Shawn, standing in front of me with a present in his hands. I raise my eyebrows confused eyeing the present.

"Boo you better have not forgotten." I give him a confused look as he hands me the present. "Honey! It's your 18th birthday! How could you forget!" He screams at me. Realization dawns on me remembering. Seriously! Jean you seriously forgot our birthday! I groan and open the present seeing a nice gold necklace with a heart on it. Smiling I put it on and hug him thanking him.

"Hey wolf is being a bitch which means she wants to run alert the betas and tell them to protect the pack. Join me as soon as you do so." He nods his head and tells the betas as I shift into a white wolf and wait at the entrance .As I see Shawn's black wolf approach we give each other a slight nod and run out into the woods.

Clark

I walk downstairs heading to see what my pack is up to and one of my betas Christina approaches me. "Alpha we've located a wolf pack moving into town." I grab the tie from my hand and quickly tie my hair up walking to where they're talking about this wolf pack. I feel a hand grab me and turn seeing my best friend Aidan pulling me away from the rest of the pack. He holds a small box.

"Honey don't tell me you forgot." I give him a look showing I don't know what he's talking about. "Boo it's your 18th Birthday! How could you have forgotten!!" Seriously we forgot our own birthday! "Oh wow I totally forgot." "Well I still got you a present." I smile as he hands me the box he had in his hands. I open it and see a gold necklace with a dragon on it. "Do you like it?" I hug him."I love it thanks boo."

I turn around as he puts it on me. "Hey you probably already heard there's a wolf pack in town so why don't we go for a run and see if we can find any tracks." "Sure, I'll tell the betas." I run to the door as he tells the betas and meets up with me. We run out into the woods as flames surround our bodies and our eyes glow a bright red orange.
