"Parker!" I yell over the loud music, but he just continues until he exits the build.
"Wow sister, you made him leave, what are we gonna do with the cake now?" Tyler said as soon as I turned around.
"Eat it, throw it away. I don't know but I have to go find Parker." I hurry. He throws me his car keys.
"Thanks." I quickly say before running out the doors to try to see if I could spot Parker, but his car was gone.
Gosh, I was such an idiot. Why was I scared of him? Was it because he's never yelled at me before or was even raised his voice at me? It was always me being the mad one.
I entered Tylers car and sat there unsure of what to do, where to go. Until I found the spot where he was surely at. I smiled and backed out of Parker's drive way.
It took me ten minutes to drive to the abandoned house Parker and I always went too to fix up, we had boughten it when my mom died so I could trash it, but then I sooner realized that it could be turned into something so beautiful. So we decided to start fixing it.
It wasn't complete, not even close, but it was still some progress. We had fixed all the windows, but that's it.
I parked my car and stepped out, walking up the grass that wasn't so green anymore. My sneakers ran through the brown grass until I reached the front door.
I opened it and darkness hit me, there was no source of light. The squeaky door shut and I saw a light shinning through the glass window, as Parker's back was facing me.
"Please don't Emily." He says in a shaky voice as my feet made the floors creak.
"Parker, it's not what it looks like. It was Tyler." I say barely audible.
"You don't have to lie." He says under his breath.
I sat next to him, a good enough distance that way our bodies weren't touching.
"You forgave me, I think I should forgive you." He sighs.
"But the problem is," I pause, "I'm not cheating on you, I was talking to Tyler about your party." I run my fingers through my hair.
"I swear." I say as the words just hang in the air for a couple seconds.
"Let me see your phone." He demands and I dig in my pocket for it and hand it to him, he quickly snatches it from me and looks at it.
"Im going to call it." He says, clicking the call button and pulling it on speaker. Im praying Tyler has his phone and didn't leave it on the counter or something.
"Hey sister! Did you find Parker boy!" He cheers slurring its words a little.
"Its Parker, tyler." Parker speaks and Tyler just laughs.
"Okay, come back this is your part loser."
"Alright I'll be there." Parkers says hanging up and standing up. He sticks his hand out for me to take and I take it before he picks me up in a swift movement.
"I should've believed you." He says.
"You should've but you didn't." I mumbled under my breath.
"Ive got to tell you something.." He says stopping me from walking to the door, I turn to face him.
"My ex girlfriend, her name was Faith. I loved her so much, she was my other half. We talked about getting married and having kids. She seemed like she meant what she said to me but she actually didn't." He sighed before continuing, "When I went camping with my friends, well except my best friend Brandon he had a flu or something, but he was lying. We had gone half way to the woods but I forgot the bug spray and of course you can't be in the woods without bug spray," He said with a little chuckle.
