(Y/N) had to move to yet another shitty school just because his parents had to relocate for work purposes. That's what they told everyone anyways. Too many of the deranged kids in (Y/N)'s school were getting... freaky, so they moved for safety reasons. At least at this school, nobody really cared too much unless you had drugs or managed to catch a teachers attention.

Well, not always. (Y/N) was the new kid, so naturally, he was very popular since he was the "hot new thing" everyone was talking about. A few girls and even a couple boys tried to make advances, the most outrageous one being Kyler, but none of them caught his eye... except for an airhead that didn't know how to start a conversation.

In photography class, (Y/N) sat at his desk next to that weird kid named Jeffrey. (Y/N) didn't have anything personal against him, he just gave off weird vibes. The teacher called out Crispin's name a couple times, but no one answered. The white nationalist sighed and looked at (Y/N) with an annoyed expression.

"I know it's still your first week here, but would you mind going out and looking for Crispin? He should still be on school grounds." (Y/N) didn't feel like doing work in a boring class, so obviously he agreed. He packed his stuff into his bag, not expecting to come back, and left the classroom.

"Crispin! Criiiiispin! Here boy!" (Y/N) decided to make it fun by calling out to Crispin like an owner looking for a lost dog. (Y/N) didn't think he'd see the other boy, but low and behold there Crispin was, sitting on the grass in a secluded part of the school yard just a little bit aways from the football field.

(Y/N) went up next to Crispin and sat next to him, earning himself a small jump from the brown haired boy. "Hey, whatcha doing out here all alone?" (Y/N) asked as he tilted his head, a playful smile running on his lips. Crispin sighed, feeling like he was coming down from a heart attack.

Crispin looked at the other boy sheepishly, clearly thinking he was going to get dragged back into school. "You aren't here to take me back to class... will you?" (Y/N) couldn't explain it, but something about the innocent and spaced look in Crispin's eyes were making the butterflies in his chest come to life.

(Y/N) smiled and shook his head, amused by the other boys look. "Nah, don't worry. I don't like that class, so why would I force us both back there?" Hearing that he wasn't getting forced back, Crispin's eyes lit up and he let out a relieved sigh. "Uh thanks man... I owe you one."

"So uhm... why do you uh not like that class?" Crispin was curious why (Y/N) didn't want to go to class. He couldn't focus, so he found no point in going, but he was curious why (Y/N) didn't want to go.

(Y/N) shrugged and shoved Crispin with his shoulder lightly. "Didn't feel like going to a white nationalist's class today. What's your excuse?" (Y/N) raised a curious eyebrow as he shoved the other boy with his shoulder again but just a little harder this time. Crispin laughed softly and rubbed his shoulder with his hand. "I uh just can't really focus too much y'know?"

(Y/N) nodded, understanding. He laid his head against the tree and hummed. "Well, skipping class with you is way better than Mr. Whites class. Or any class here really." Crispin's eyes widened slightly, but softened as he looked at (Y/N). He nodded before laying his head on (Y/N)'s shoulder.

(Y/N) looked at Crispin's head on his shoulder and ran his fingers through the other boys brown hair. He sighed, a smile on his face as he sat under the tree with Crispin by his side.
