Never had it figured out !

I do.

Anil  reached the team hotel with his wife chetna and 1 year old daughter aruni. He is the last one to arrive because he had some doctors appointment. His family has settled down in his room . He came out to do thr hot water for arrengement for Aruni.

Anil was going towards his room after talking to the hotel receptionist, across the lobby when he saw Sachin coming while looking around . he is looking suspiciously around himself as he walk across the lobby.

Anil went to him and tap on his shoulder. Sachin didn't saw him coming so he turned  back at anil in surprised.
Then proceed to give him an awakward smile,said,"hey!hi."
"Hello sach!"
Sachin gets nervous as if he get  cought doing something he is not supposed to do.

Sachin asked," when did you arrived?"

"Around 10pm , where are you coming from?"

Sachin start to fidgate . then some how manege to say ," I was ..just... around having a walk.."

"being all dressed up?"

"dressed up ? where !? its just a normal t shirt , jumbo! with a very normal trousers and the jacket is just... just..."

"still its pretty late to have walk sach . its already past 11pm. You shouldn't be out this late!"
Anil gave him a suspicious look which says he is not really believing him.

Sachin used his last wepon on anil to convince him , his puppy dog eyes .

"Yeah you're right... I was supposed to be back early .... " Sachin said it in a flow then cover his mouth with his hand .
Anil look at him intencely ,said, "what do you mean by 'supposed to get back early'? didn't you just said you were just walking around !?"

Shit! Sachin's habit of talking too much will surely is landing  him in self sabotageing situations often.

Sachin is now avoiding  looking at Anil's face even though Anil is moving along with sachin's head.

Finally anil asked with suspicious look in his eyes ,"were you out with someone?"

Sachin protested with a high pitched voice " no! I wasn't! WHAT ARE YOU SAYING!" looking at Anil with a scandalous look.

Anil fixed him with a look . Sachin just looked away from Anil again.
"You act all fidgety when you lie sach! you can tell me if you were , I wont tell anyone !"

Sachin looked at him and gave him a forced smile And released a  sigh. Anil knows him too much. But can he tell him the truth? Hell No!

Sachin was out with someone is not the issue , he can said it to anil or anyone but the problem is the person who he was out with. He can't say the name. his friends will grill him if they gets to know. especially Anil!! And god forbid if Sourav ever get to know about it!

Jam can handle sourav but
Sachin can bet on it that Sourav is going to be the one with the worst reaction ever! And Anil is not going to be any better, if he anything.

"its okay if you don't trust me! Im not that close to you anymore! I know..."  anil said looking genuinely sad.

Anil and his big brother strategies to dig out information.... sachin is feeling like choking himself to death. He knows Anil is blackmailing him but He cannot lie to anil anymore .

Sachin realsed a breath and said " okay fine , I was out with someone  but will only tell you the name when you promised me, you wont shout ."

Anil frowned at Sachin words and said " why would I do that ? you were not seeing any criminal right ?"

"no !!offcorse not ! but about that.....
