Hey guys, I'm back! Sorry for not updating yesterday. Unfortunately, I had phone battery issues that prevented me from posting.
As a sorry-for-the-wait gift, I'll be updating TWO parts today! Enjoy!

[Time skip to morning]

It was morning, and Y/N woke up. She looked around her room but found Taehyung nowhere.
She then got out of bed and freshened up, washing her face and hands.

Downstairs, she found her mother, setting breakfast on the dining table.

"Come on, Y/N, hurry up! Let's eat breakfast," Mrs. Choi said.

Y/N asked, "Where's Taehyung?"

Mrs. Choi replied, "He's changing in his room. He'll be down for breakfast soon. Come, let's eat!"

Soon, Taehyung came downstairs and joined Y/N, Mr. and Mrs. Choi for breakfast. The table was set with a delicious spread, including fresh fruit, pastries, and juice.

As they ate, Taehyung thought about sharing his plans for the day.

"Uncle, I need to head back home today," Taehyung said, between bites. "I have some business to attend to, and Jimin can't handle everything on his own, especially with the upcoming CEO meetings."

Mrs. Choi looked concerned. "Is everything alright, Taehyung?"

Taehyung nodded. "Yes, just some logistical challenges. I'll have it sorted out soon."

Mr. Choi smiled. "We'll miss you, Taehyung. But duty calls. Safe travels, and good luck with those meetings."

Hearing the news, Y/N's face fell, and she turned to Taehyung with sadness in her eyes. "Why do you have to go? Can't someone else handle the business issues?"

Taehyung chuckled and teased, "Miss Ugly, you're going to miss me, aren't you?"

Y/N rolled her eyes but surprised herself by admitting, "Actually, yes. I know it sounds strange, but I will miss you."

Y/N struggled to control her tears, and managed to hold them back.

Just then, Mrs. Choi exclaimed, "Wow, look at this! The two people who constantly bicker and argue are going to miss each other. Oh my god, I can't believe it!"

Taehyung chuckled, and Mrs. Choi smiled warmly.

Taehyung finished breakfast and announced, "I need to pack up. Time for me to go."

Mr. Choi suggested, "Y/N, why don't you help Taehyung with his luggage?"

Y/N and Taehyung headed upstairs together. As soon as they reached his room, Y/N suddenly shut the door and pinned Taehyung against the door.

"You're not going anywhere," she said, her eyes sparkling with tears.

Taehyung's expression softened. "Come on, Y/N. Don't do this. If you keep this up, I won't be able to leave, and I'll end up crying too."

Trying to lighten the mood, he smiled, but Y/N's face remained serious.

"T-taehyung, I'll m-miss you," she whispered, her voice trembling.

As she spoke, she leaned in and kissed him, tears streaming down her face.

Taehyung pulled Y/N closer, deepening their kiss with passion.

As they parted, Y/N's voice trembled. "Don't leave, please."

She clung to him, her face buried in his chest. "My teddy bear, how will I endure Unnie's absence, Oppa's distance, and now your departure? You can't leave me, too."

Taehyung's embrace tightened, seeking to comfort her.

Taehyung reasoned, "But I have to go. After this, we'll have our dates, and I'll take you everywhere. We'll have so much fun, I promise."

Y/N's eyes shone with tears. "Please don't go, Taehyung. I love you so much."

She kissed him passionately, pouring her heart into it.

As they broke apart, Taehyung reassured her, "I'm sorry, but I really must go. It's crucial."

Y/N's voice cracked. "Go, but promise to return to me. My heart belongs to you."

Taehyung's eyes crinkled. "Forever yours, my love. I love you too."

To lift Y/N's spirits, Taehyung asked, "Can I ask you something?"

Y/N, still wrapped in his arms, nodded. "Why not?"

Taehyung's eyes sparkled. "If we hadn't confessed, would you have been chasing me around right now?"

Y/N's response was instant. "Yes!"

She gazed up at him, her voice filled with affection. "Tae, I love you. I've loved you for a long time. I realize now, Taehyung, I can't live without you - without your teasings, without our laughter, without you calling me 'Miss Ugly'."

Taehyung's face lit up with a warm smile. "I love you too. Miss Ugly."

As they finished packing, Taehyung grabbed his luggage and headed downstairs, accompanied by Y/N. Mr. and Mrs. Choi waited at the door.

Taehyung paused, surveying the house. "Ah, it's time to go."

He hugged Mr. Choi warmly, then embraced Mrs. Choi.

His gaze shifted to Y/N, standing afar. He flashed a sly smile and pretended to take a bite, teasing her.

Y/N rushed to him, throwing her arms around his neck. "Don't go!" she whispered, tears streaming down her face.

Mr. and Mrs. Choi exchanged a knowing glance. "Lovebirds are going to miss each other, aren't they?" they chimed in unison.

Y/N's face flushed deep crimson, while Taehyung's cheeks hinted at a blush.

The couple's eyes met, surprised by the Chois' perceptiveness.

Mrs. Choi smiled warmly. "Did you think we couldn't see? You two are clearly head over heels in love."

Mr. Choi chuckled. "We've known for a while now. You can't hide it."

Y/N's voice trembled.

"Stop him, Appa! If you know we love each other, why aren't you stopping him?" Y/N pleaded, tears streaming.

Mr Choi replied calmly, "Dear, he must go. Business matters require his attention."

Y/N's sobs intensified, heartbreaking. Taehyung swiftly turned, embracing Y/N again.

"Don't cry, Y/N, please. I promise I'll return," Taehyung soothed.

Y/N's hands clung to Taehyung's neck. "Don't go!"

Taehyung reassured, "I'll be back soon. I'll make it up to you, I promise."

Y/N nodded, still tearful. "Okay."

Taehyung teased, "That's my girl, Miss Ugly. No more tears, or you'll look even more ugly."
He winked.

Taehyung turned to Mr. and Mrs. Choi. "Can you please cover your eyes for two minutes?"

Mr. and Mrs. Choi exchanged a knowing glance and chuckled. "Yeah, yeah."
They playfully turned away.

Taehyung and Y/N shared a passionate kiss.

"I promise I'll return," Taehyung whispered, his eyes locked on hers.

Y/N smiled softly, nodding.

Taehyung flashed a gentle smile, then headed to his car and drove off.
