As Eclipse sat on her bed, she sighed. Homeschool was starting soon.
What was she going to tell Cove? She couldn't just reveal that Flame, the girl who somehow managed to afford the fancy rich drake school, was Eclipse, the mysterious daughter of the Space Drakes.
She grabbed out her phone, the background a photo of her and Gale, but turned it off again. She needed to apologize.
Her midnight blue hair swayed behind her as she creaked open her sister's door.
But all that sat there was Sunny's amulet.
She looked around, before jumping into the amulet.
As she entered, Eclipse noticed that Hall #7's door was unlatched. She tip-toed in, her mind a whirlwind of thoughts.
She saw a flicker of movement. Peering through the door, Sunny and Berry had their legs dangling off of the roof of the building. Eclipse stood transfixed as she watched them.
And then they kissed.
Eclipse let out a gasp. As Sunny turned to see what it was, she pulled open the door next to her.
Eclipse was in a house. It was unfurnished, and empty. She saw another door, and opened it.
Was this what they had been looking at?
The town was beautiful. It was just like the human towns she had gone to before, like when she stole the phones.
But how did Sunny know what they looked like?
Eclipse entered the library. It was perfect.
Maybe I could just camp here for a while, she thought, going into the employees only room. Then I could think about what I want to tell Cove.
Agreeing with herself, she laid down on an inviting chair, and drifted to sleep.
Eclipse awoke to the door squeaking open. She got up, her hair a tangled mess. She ran her fingers through her hair, and straightened her dress. She grabbed her phone and checked the time.
Had she slept through a day? It was six a.m., and it had been around three a.m. when she had entered the amulet.
The math checked out.
She walked around and over through the library, trying to find who had gone to the library at 6 a.m. on a school day. She peered around a tall bookshelf, trying to see who it was, but they were just out of vision.
"Hello? Who's-" she walked around the corner, trying to look as regal as you could in strawberry pajamas and no bra.
she almost screamed when she saw berry. Her mind flashed of Berry kissing her sister.
She calmed herself down. "Oh, it's you. Want to chat?"
They sat on a bench, eating a sandwich that berry had brought.
"So, why are you here?" she asked, gnawing into her half.
"Why are you? Your education is much more important than mine." Berry pointed out.
Eclipse shook her hands, getting the crumbs off of them. "Childhood trauma. You?"
"Nightmare where everyone I loved died and then the person who killed them offered to make me a god."
The princess choked on the water she was drinking.
"What?" Her voice was strained. "What did they look like?"
