Prompt: Lost pet meet cute

Yuri is walking down the street, a new book in her arms. She's quietly humming a tune to herself when she hears a small bark.
She looks around, and finds a small dog, a corgi, running around. No owner in sight.
It runs over and stops at her, quickly jumping up and barking excitedly. Yuri stumbles back.
"Oh, it must be lost..." The thinks to herself, as she gingerly takes the dog's collar in her hand.
The name reads 'Cookie', and there's a phone number on the back.
Yuri keeps the dog nearby as she dials the number. It rings a few times, before someone picks up.
"Hello?" A girl on the other end asks.
Yuri is reminded why she never has phone calls with anybody.
"O-oh, U-um, is your dog... Cookie?"
The girl on the other end sounds ecstatic. "Yes! You found her! Oh, I'm so happy! Where are you?"
Yuri hangs up after telling the girl what street she's on. She makes sure Cookie stays nearby until her owner arrives.
After a bit, Yuri spots a girl with short coral hair, and bright blue eyes running right up to her.
"Hello! Oh, you found her! Thankyouthankyouthankyou!"
As the girl scoops up her dog, Yuri can't help but notice how... Endearing this girl seems...
The girl suddenly grabs Yuri and pulls her into a hug. Yuri immediately flushes bright red.
The girl then pulls away. "Sorry! I should have asked you first. Hehe."
"A-ah, n-no, it's alright..."
The girl thanks Yuri once again for finding her dog, before clipping a leash on her collar and happily skipping away.
The purple haired girl is left stunned and flustered after the social interaction. She glances at her phone, and simply just...
