I woke up and went to work as usual. My dads been calling nonstop after seeing the headlines
Even I'm surprised by how much attention our 'engagement' is getting
Anyway, I'm back at my bakery doing what I love
I finish icing the cakes, leaving the ones with specific designs and color palettes for my color, seeing employees
I am grateful for every order we get, but I prefer cakes where i get creative freedom where I dont have to worry about messing up someone's order
I'm going to take a short break and then respond to some emails
"Miss Fernandez, good timing. Are you busy at the moment?" ophelia asked, seeing me
"No, not really," I answered, and she sighed
"Thank goodness Jennifer and amilia called in sick last minute, the new packaging boxes just arrive and the cakes and everything else that's was suppose to be delivered today are ready but there not enough of us here and there's no one at the register" she said and I thought it over
"Alright you delivery the cakes to the post office I'll take over the register and ask Adam to direct the delivery guys to the backroom where they can place the boxes" I said and she nod going away
We usually get around 5000 boxes dropped off every month, but now that isn't enough. I also changed the design for the cookies, so I'll have to wait and see if that was a good decision
I headed to the register just as the door opened, and a girl came in
"Hi," she said with a smile
"Hi welcome how can I help you?" I said, returning her smile
"Could you recommend something for me? I've been thinking of trying new things," she said
"Sure, if that's your goal, I would recommend...."

I continue serving at the registered when two little girls came in they're so cute they look like twins
"Hello, how can I help you two today?" I said, and they gave me the cutest smile
"Hello, we would like to order our birthday cake," they said together, and I gasped
"It's your birthday," I said, acting surprised, and they laughed
"Yes It's our birthday we're twins," they said at the same time, and I smiled
"Alright then, have you chosen what shape and flavor you want?"i asked, and they nodded
"Yes, we want a heart shaped with one side having fairies and the other side to have mermaids, and the middle is tiana from princess and the frog," one twin said, and the other looked at her
"No, it's rapunzel who kisses a dirty slimy frog," she said
"Who stays in a tower all day?" the other replied
"A princess does,"
"Sounds like you are having trouble deciding. Can I help you two choose a princess?" I said, and they nodded
Okay, I have a book around here for this reason
I gave them the book with every princess in it, and they started debating over it
"What about Elsa
"hmmn I like Charlotte."
"I like her too,"
"What about Little Red ribing hood?".
"That's makes sense."
"It does,"
"So we can little red ribing hood on one side and Charlotte on the other," they said
