Tiny Blue Riding Hood (Rewriten)

Prologue

Once upon a time, in a small village there was a hooded cake that was walking through the market. Buying his bi-weekly baskets of food, coal, and other essentials. This time was a rather tight squeeze on expenses, for he only got 3 shillings compared to his usual 5 he usually has left after the local tax collector takes from his pay. "Back for thy usual basket of fruits and vegetables, Cherry?" an old rusty small plow asks, with a voice the sound of a nightingale. The hooded cake sighs and looks up at the old lady, "not this time, I shall just take a basket of potatoes. I lack much shillings this time. I do not regard I shall e'en get mine sisters enough coal, for the cold nights that are coming." "Oh dear, thou base thing. Thou wot, thou art still so young, sirrah. Cherry slightly closed his eye in suspicion and shook his head, even though he has been living in this village for a few years now, he doesn't trust anyone as much to let someone possibly get as close again and possibly cause his family to shrink again, "No, 'tis brave ma'am. thee lack to try such things for someone as low as me. Cherry paid with the rest of the money he had left when he got to the crop stall the old rusty small plow runs, before adjusting his hood and taking what he managed to get back home. To the small little cottage on the edge of the village he managed to build. On his way back home, he notices a small gathering at the village center. Two horse ridden knights from a nearby kingdom that was in the neighboring country, talking to the other residents of the village. From the emblems the horses were adorned with, Cherry could guess that they might be from Sachertorte. Despite his curiosity gnawing on his puree filled heart, he just shakes his head from the distraction and head back home. More time away from home means more time for his sisters to possibly be hurt.
