Nick,Matt and Chris are on the flight home to Boston. None of the triplets could sleep and they were feeling a little ill, but they didn't want to tell each other in case one freaked out.

Nick held his head in his hand and bounced his leg. He was the most sick out of the 3.

Matt lay with his eyes closed hoping it would make the plane spin a little slower.

Chris sat there watching Lemonade Mouth on the screen, he was definitely the healthiest out of the 3 but he still felt rough.

As the plane descended Matt gripped the arm rests. He hates landing. No matter how many times he flies it always stresses him out. Chris grabs Matt's hand from the arm rest and caresses it with his thumb slowly, reaches up and kisses Matt's hand.
'you're okay.' he whispered.
Matt immediately relaxed but still kept his eyes closed tight as the plane hit the ground. He exhaled deeply and let go of Chris.
'Thank you.' He said, a little embarrassed.
'You're welcome.' Chris replied winking at Matt.

Once the plane had come to a stop Nick opened his eyes and his face drained of colour.
'hey are you alright?' Chris asked, very concerned at the sudden colour change.
'what?' Nick asked. All of Chris' words blurring into one and his ears ringing.
'I said, are you okay?' Chris said getting a little closer to Nicks face and making his face come into focus.
'Oh I'm yeah, I'm okay.' Nick replied, he sounded breathless and weak.

They got off of the plane. The sun striking Matt's eyes, sweat immediately dripping from his forehead. Boston weather sucked. His head throbbed as he entered the airport.

Once they collected their bags they saw 3 happy figures running at them. Nick could barely make them out, but figured they were their parents and Nate.

'Welcome home boys!' Marylou screeched as she hugged the 3 boys tightly.
'hey mom.' Nick groaned.
'Everything okay?' Marylou queried.
Nick felt a sharp elbow in his side, it was Matt telling him to pay attention.
'Oh yeah sorry, just tired.'

Jimmy grabbed their suitcases and put them in the car. The three boys got into the back. Chris' head began to ache, and he was sweating. Jimmy got into the drivers seat and looked in his mirror to see his 3 sons laying in the back sweating and gasping.
'A little hot boys?' Jimmy joked as he turned on the AC.
'Thank you dad.' Matt grumbled.

They arrived at home and Trevor greeted them at the door, tail wagging.
'Hey buddy!' Matt exclaimed, perking up a little at the sight of his old friend.
After a family catchup the triplets all went into their rooms. They slumped on the beds and let out a deep sigh before all falling asleep.

Matt woke up to harsh coughing coming from the next room, a little concerned he got up and he knocked on the door.
'Chris?' he asked. 'Are you okay?'
'yep.' Chris stifled a few coughs, 'I'm fine, thanks' he said before letting out a few more harsh coughs.
Matt was still concerned and so walked in anyway to see Chris keeled over the edge of his bed grasping at his chest while he coughed. Matt was shocked. He sat down next to Chris and rubbed his back. Chris began to go red and sort of purple.
'Chris, you need to breathe buddy.' Matt was very worried as he watched his brother rock back and forth to try and get some air in.
Finally Chris let out one final cough and began breathing again.
'you okay?' Matt said still rubbing Chris' back.
'yeah, fine. Just choked on my spit to something.' He replied still short of breath.

Chris asked Matt to leave so he did. Matt still a little concerned for Chris but returned back to his room.

They all met together at dinner later. Talking about their day and the flight, of course leaving out the most important detail. They were all sick. The whole dinner Nick felt like he was gonna throw up. He never did but he struggled to eat because of it.

They all finished their plates and went back to their rooms, Trevor payed them all a visit that night. All of which waking up at different times to cough or sneeze. Whatever illness this was, it was not playing around.

Matt woke up first. Which was really strange because Nick always woke up first. He walked out into the hall.

'Good morning sweetie!' Marylou called from the base of the staircase.
'Good morning mom.' Matt replied his voice sounding very congested.
'How'd you sleep?' She asked.
'Fine.' Matt replied before walking into the kitchen to grab some orange juice.
Chris then emerged from his room. He tried to say good morning but a sneeze escaped instead.
'Good morning, bless you by the way.' Matt said letting out a little giggle.
Chris sniffed harshly. 'Thank you bro.'
'How'd you sleep?' Asked Matt confused on Chris' appearance. He looked disheveled almost. A little bit homeless if you will.
'Not great to be honest.' Chris replied rubbing his eyes.
'I figured as much, what do you want for breakfast?' Matt asked pulling out a pan from the peg.
'eggs is fine.' Chris said placing his head on the counter, his whole world was spinning and he felt so ill. Of course he wasn't going to tell Matt because he knew he'd make a fuss.
'Eggs? coming right up!' Matt said trying to make himself sound healthier than he really was.

Nick threw himself up the staircase.
'Jeez, what happened to you?' Chris asked,  his arm around Nick before he let out a harsh and crunchy cough.
'Oh Nick, that sounds awful, take a seat on the couch. I'm making eggs, you want some?' Matt asks getting a little closer to Nick.
'No thank you. I'm not hungry.'
'Alright, here take these.' Matt threw him some cough drops, knowing he took a few himself this morning but didn't want to admit it.
'Thank you.'

Matt continued to make breakfast while Chris sat at the island on his phone, letting out a few coughs here and there.

Matt served up the eggs and set next to Chris on the island. Chris was shivering and looked a little upset.
'You good?' Matt said brushing Chris hair through with his fingers.
'mhm' Chris said, avoiding eye contact.
Matt knew something was wrong but he didn't want to overstep so he dropped it.
Matt and Chris decided to check on Nick since he hadn't spoken in a while. They found him curled up and asleep, Matt grabbed a blanket and threw it into him.
'Poor kid.' He whispered, letting a little cough slip out.
Chris noticed, and patted his shoulder. 'Are you okay?' Chris asked. 'That cough sounded a lot like Nicks.'
'Yeah, all good.' Another cough forming in the back of Matt's throat, he tried to hold it back and Chris saw.
'Just let it out man.' Chris said patting Matt's back.
Matt erupted in coughing, it sounded so painful and it was, Matt winced at every cough. After it finished he slumped over onto the couch.
'You're sick, aren't you.' Chris said, suspiciously.
'no.?' Matt replied sniffing.
'Stay there kid, get some rest.' Chris said leaving the room and clearing the plates.
Matt slowly drifted off but he was awoken to a crash in the kitchen.
'Chris? Are you okay?' Nick and Matt ran into the kitchen to see Chris collapsed on the floor.
'Shit.' Matt gasped.

Chris awoke and immediately threw up on himself.
'Alright bud, come on. Into the bathroom.' Nick said pulling Chris off the floor.
Chris didn't throw up again, but he certainly didn't feel good.

The boys finally admitted that they were all sick and they let their parents take care of them. They cuddled up into the couch together just like when they were little and held each other tight.

'I wish we could stay like this forever.'
