Warning: vomit

Chris woke up and the world was spinning. His ears were ringing and once he stood up he felt like he was going to pass out. He barely made it upstairs before collapsing in relief onto the couch. Thankfully, nobody was awake to see him in such a state. His head was killing him, it left as if somebody was gouging his eyes out. Migraine.
Chris' migraines normally lasted about 3 days and they were always awful.
Chris lay there alone, curled up and covering his eyes for about an hour before Nick came down from upstairs.

'Good morning..oh gosh, Chris. Are you okay?' Nick rushed over to his brother.

'Ssshhhhhh!' Chris groaned before finally removing his hands from his eyes. 'I have an awful migraine, please keep it down.' He whispered.

'Oh shit, sorry. Is there anything I can do for you?' Nick said softly, stroking Chris' hair.

'Can you get me an eye covering and an ice pack or something for my head?'

'Of course, I'll be right back.'

Nick returned a few minutes later with all the items Chris desired plus a glass of ice water.

'Thank you so much.' Chris groaned, his own voice making his head ache more.
'No problem'

Chris took sips of his water and covered and iced his head for hours but nothing was working. Matt had woken up and grabbed him a bowl to put next to Chris on the couch as sometimes his migraines made him throw up. Thankfully, for now it was okay.
They were supposed to be filming a video tonight but obviously Chris was in no state so they just pulled out their prerecorded videos that they had just in case anything like this ever happened.

'Matt?' Chris said weakly.
'Yeah what's up buddy?' Matt replied, sitting up and looking at Chris attentively.
'Never mind, I can do it.' Chris gets up from the couch and immediately pain shoots through his skull, causing him to falter.
'Woah woah, sit your ass down.' Matt said, rushing over to Chris to gently place him back on the couch. 'I can do it, what do you need?'

'Could you possibly fill up my water and redo my ice for me?' Chris' voice wobbled, he was worried Matt was going to be mad at him for making him feel like a servant.
'Of course I can, no worries.' Matt says shooting a smile and Chris and grabbing everything from the table.

Matt's reaction shocked Chris a little but he appreciated the help nonetheless. Matt returned with everything in hand.
'Thank you so much.' Chris said looking up at Matt lovingly.
'You're welcome. Is there anything else you need?' Matt responded, sitting down next to Chris.
'Could I maybe sleep on your shoulder?' Chris asked, pouting a little and hoping it would help Matt to say yes.
'Come on then.' Matt said, playfully rolling his eyes.
Chris layed his head gently on Matt's shoulder and unconsciously matched Matt's breathing. He quickly feel asleep and he had never felt more safe then he did in this moment.
He woke up an hour later and his head was throbbing more than before. Chris groaned as he lifted his head from Matt.

'Hey, how're you feeling?' Matt whispered.
'Shit.' Chris replied, putting his head back on Matt's shoulder.
'Aw I'm sorry.' Matt said as he flung his arm around Chris and rested it on his other shoulder, rubbing it slightly.

Chris' whole world was spinning and he began to feel nauseous.
'Oh god.' Chris let out, as saliva filled his mouth. He grabbed the bowl just in time for his stomach to expell its contents.
'Oh fuck.' Matt says as he gently moved Chris hair out of the way and rubbed his back. 'You're okay, deep breaths.' Matt repeated the phrase over and over as Chris continued puking uncontrollably. After a few minutes Chris removed his head from the bowl, placed it down and slumped into the couch.
'Feel better?' Matt asked, a little worried.
'Not at all.'

Matt got up off of the couch and picked up the bowl to rinse out.
'No, Matt put that down, it's my puke, I'll clean it.' Chris tries to get up but his legs buckle and he slams back into the couch.
'Point proven.' Matt says as he enters the bathroom to wash out the bowl.

The cycle continues for the next few days but after a lot of medicine, ice and vomit, Chris' migraine finally subsides and the triplets can go back to their normal lives once more.
