LIAM'S P.O.V
I rubbed my eyes as the light cascaded into my bedroom. The lads and I were staying in Australia for a while as that was our first destination on tour. Checking the time, I realized it was 8:47, I jerked up. I was supposed to meet Sophia at Waffle House at 9 for breakfast. Today was my last day of freedom and I was planning to spend it with her. With our tour initiating tomorrow, I wouldn't be able to see her for months; that truly aches my heart. Luckily, I didn't take long to get ready and the restaurant wasn't far. Oh, I hope I wasn't late. I wouldn't want to disappoint Sophia on my last day here. I soaked in the fresh, morning air and a smile tugged on my lips, quickly distracting me from any anxiety.
The girlband Fifth Harmony was in the same town as my band at the moment so I wouldn't be surprised if I run into any of them. They were set up to be our opening act for tour since Simon thought it would be a brilliant idea for us and them to get more publicity. All of a sudden, I felt a pair of hands covering my eyes.
"Guess whoooo??" The voice cooed.
A wide grin spread on my face as I instantly recognized the sweet, tantalizing voice. Grabbing her hands, i gave them a soft kiss and turned to none other than: Sophia. "Good morning, beautiful." She smiled at me as she pecked my lips.
"I can't believe you're going to be gone again! And for 3 months this time!" She said, sounding disappointed. I sighed as I put my hands on her waist. "I know. I don't wanna leave you behind but this is my job afterall."
She nuzzled her head on my neck. "I'll miss you, Payno."
"I'll miss you too."

LAUREN'S P.O.V
"Come on Dinahh!! You too, Lauren!!" Normani cried out from a metre away from Dinah and I. This morning, Mani managed to persuade me and Dinah to go for a morning jog. Although we've jogged for approximately an hour, she hasn't yet broke down due to her lack of energy, unlike me and Dinah. An unaudible sound came past my lips as I panted like crazy. Dinah did the same as she collapsed on the pavement, entirely careless if any stranger stared at her with confusion. Normani fast-walked back to us with an unapproved expression.
"I'm tired." I managed to say between my uneven breathing.
"You dont say." Murmured Normani in response, belping Dinah get back up.
"Let's get some breakfast or something." I suggested
"Yea, please lets." Dinah chimed in, siding with me.
Thankfully, Normani gave in and said we could go to Waffle House which was only one or two blocks away.
After 5 minutes of walking, Ally's favorite restaurant came in sight. My heart sank as a certain someone was having a moment with someone else right infront of my very eyes.
"Ugh. Barf." I spit out silently, only to recieve a look from Normani and Dinah. Guess it wasn't as silent as I thought.
"What?" I snapped. Dinah shook her head, confusion clear in her eyes.
"I thought you and Zayn had a thing." Normani said, acknowledging my past crush on Liam which clearly hasn't went away. I relentlessly shrugged, the thought of Zayn slightly lightening my previously dim mood.
"Lets get breakfast."
*FLASHBACK STARTS*
"OH MY GOD HIIII!!" Shrieked Camila as One Direction walked into the backstage area of the x factor building. I giggled with the rest as Camila started to fangirl uncontrollably, only to be calmed down by Ally.
"Hello." Greeted the one I recognized to be Harry, also known as Camila's biggest celebrity crush of all time. "Hii." I said as everyone exchanged greetings. I walked towards Camila who was exchanging a concerningly long hug with Harry. I smiled at her enthusiasm. They started talking as I noticed Harry winking at Camila, which sent her into a verge of excitement and conciousness. I figured Harry probably said something cute and flirty to her.
A soft hand interrupted my examination on the two. I spun around quickly as my green eyes met a in front of me atood Zayn Malik.
"Easy there, tiger." He chuckled, a smile forming on his lips. I grinned. Then, he asked : "You're Lauren, right?"
I was too starstruck to speak. Yes, sure I like Liam and he was actually my favortite member of 1d, it felt amazing just talking to Zayn.
"I-It's not that I don't know you, I'm just not very fond with x factor contestants and all that." He said "I-I dont mean it like that, I swear. I only know you're the pretty latina in Fifth Harmony."
I gaped in awe at what he said as it slowly sunk in. Was Zayn Fricking Malik flirting with me??
