Jungkook followed the guy through the dimly lit hallways of Inferno, his steps hesitant as the music from the club faded into the distance. He wasn't entirely sure why he was still going along with this, why this man-had such a magnetic pull. There was something about him, something unsettling but equally intriguing. He couldn't shake the feeling that he was stepping into something much bigger than he could comprehend.

They stopped in front of a large door. The guy pushed it open effortlessly, revealing a dark, lavish office.

The room was bathed in shadows, but the deep burgundy walls and dark mahogany furniture gleamed under the low, ambient lighting. Black velvet drapes hung heavy over the windows, and a massive bookshelf lined one wall, filled with what looked like old, leather-bound books. The air in the room felt thick, like it was alive with secrets.

Jungkook's eyes swept across the office, taking in the luxurious décor. Everything was sharp, rich, and intimidatingly expensive. It was the kind of place that didn't just say wealth-it screamed it.

His gaze finally landed on the guy, who had casually sat behind his desk, legs crossed and resting elegantly on top of the polished wood. He looked like he belonged here, like the office had been designed for him and only him. His piercing gaze met Jungkook's, and he gestured lazily for him to sit.

"Sit," the guy said, his voice a low command, yet playful.

Jungkook hesitated for a moment before slowly sinking into the plush leather chair opposite the desk. He didn't know what he had gotten himself into, but something told him there was no turning back now.

"So, let's get straight to business, shall we?" The guy leaned forward, his gaze sharpening as he assessed Jungkook with newfound seriousness, like a businessman ready to strike a deal.

Jungkook blinked, confusion knitting his brows. "Business? What business are you even talking about?"

With a casual grace, the guy retrieved a thick brown cigar from his desk, placing it between his full lips. He lit it, the flame illuminating his features for just a moment before he exhaled a cloud of fragrant smoke that curled into the air. "You want your life fixed, right? Your job, your money, your... miserable existence. I can help you with all of that."

Jungkook frowned, skepticism etched across his face. "And what exactly do you want in return?"

The guy's smile widened slightly, mischief glinting in his eyes. "I'm glad you asked." He puffed out smoke in a slow, deliberate manner, his voice taking on a firm, almost seductive tone. "I want your soul."

Jungkook's expression froze, disbelief washing over him. "Wait, what? You're not serious, right? My soul? That's... that's a joke."

"I'm very serious, babe," The guy replied, the weight of his words hanging heavy in the air. "Your soul, in exchange for everything you've ever wanted."

"You're messing with me." Jungkook chuckled nervously, shaking his head as he stood up from the chair, ready to make his escape.

"Take a look." The guy's voice dropped an octave, the casualness slipping away, urging Jungkook to halt in his tracks. "These are all people I've assisted. You might recognize a few of them."

Reluctantly, Jungkook returned, his curiosity piqued as he took the file the guy offered. As he flipped through the pages, disbelief flooded him. There were a lot of unknown people, celebrities and some people he even knew. "What is this? How...?"

"I told you, I have power," The guy said, leaning back, an air of confidence enveloping him. "I've helped a lot of people reach the heights of success. All I ask in return is something small. Something they won't even miss until it's too late."
