My Human Cat [DAERIN] Danielle X Haerin

DANIELLE'S POV

I was walking back home at night alone. Suddenly, I saw a black cat, so I went up to the cat and patted her head. She was all alone, so, I decided to adopt her.

When I got home, I got ready to go to bed and lay down on my bed, minutes later, I dozed off. Suddenly, she felt like someone was watching her, Danielle slowly opened her eyes and saw a girl watching her.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"Your cat, Haerin" She said, with a calm voice.

She had a pretty smile on her face and she seemed calm. She was wearing a white dress, her long black hair was perfectly brushed and her cat ears, that were also black, were twitching slightly.

She came closer and sat on the bed, next to me. She was tall and strong yet her face was quite innocent, and seemed very young, she couldn't be more than 18 or 19 years old. After realizing this isn't a dream I broke the silence.

"How are you a cat and a girl at the same time?"

I said and she giggled lightly before her cat ears moved and she explained.

"I'm actually a human that got turned into a cat. I don't have a family anymore, so I'm all alone. I was cursed by a witch, so pretty much I've been wandering around the earth for a while and I happened to meet you."

She explained calmly, her cat ears were moving slowly as she spoke. She seemed very calm, and her voice was quite mature.

I was quite surprised to hear her story and, I was speechless for a few seconds. I sat on the bed, cross-legged and I could tell she was telling the truth. She did seem like a cursed human. I didn't know how to help her, so I decided to ask some questions.

"You say you've been cursed by a witch? Why did she curse you?"
I tilted my head to the side while asking the question. She was quite the innocent, yet mysterious girl. She had a strong and tall built but her face looked innocent and sweet.

She sighed slightly before answering my question.

"I don't really know why the witch cursed me. But one day I crossed paths with her, and ever since then I've been cursed to stay as a cat for the rest of my life...But I don't know if there's a cure for this curse to go away..."

She explained calmly, with a sad expression on her face.

I listened carefully. She seemed very lonely, I felt sorry for her. She was a pretty young girl with amazing features but her current state made me feel very sad
"Are you...alone? What about your family? Don't they miss you?" I asked her.

She seemed a little bit sad at my question.

"I lost contact with my family, I don't know where they are...I'm all alone, I don't have anywhere to go and I can't really do anything but live like this, as a cat...I really don't know what to do."

She said calmly. She sounded lonely, and her cat ears moved slightly at her emotion.

She seemed a little hesitant for a moment but then she talked calmly.
