Lemons. Smut. It's everywhere. Every singles fandom has every fangirls dream, a fanfiction where they get to make love to their favorite character. And they can even read about their favorite characters making babies!!! What's not to love about that?!?!

Well, how it's written. Some lemon/smut writers are not... Very good. So, what exactly makes a good lemon/smut? What makes a horrible one?

Personally, a killer for me, is the line people like to use (and if you've used this line, sorry) "He/she/they/them/you BECAME A SLAVE TO LUST." Yeah. For some reason, I don't find it sexy and appealing. I also don't like dirty talking in an 'x Reader' fanfiction. That just grosses me out. 

And I'll shut up there cause there's a lot of stuff I hate but I'll talk about that later!
