Soon I'll Be Over You

Every beginning has an end
Every heartache has to mend
Every person experience pain
Every tear drops like a rain.

This feelings of mine I can't hide
I thought I'm already healed, but still I cry inside
Why is it so hard to forget you
When hurting me is what you always do.

How could you replace me with another one?
When I have no mistakes done
How could you break my heart so badly?
When I was still loving you so deeply?

I was hoping it would never end that early
For I thought you loved me so dearly
But now everything is over
And my love for you I must surrender.

It still makes me cry
Even though how hard I try
Your face still lingers in my head
And I still can remember everything you said.

It's so hard for me to say I'm fine
Knowing I was once yours and you were mine
But what else can I do?
You had a change of heart and now we're through.

I know my heart is already healing
Though pain is still what I am feeling
I know I have given my everything
But still I can feel a part of me is missing.

I know time can heal the wound in me
Even though the pain will not disappear immediately
Forgetting you is what I'm trying to pursue
And soon, I know I'll be over you.
