A few weeks later, the air was crisp and fragrant with the first hints of spring. Preethi and Shubman had decided to take a weekend getaway to a picturesque hill station, seeking a break from their bustling city life.

The serene landscape, with its lush green hills and blooming flowers, provided the perfect backdrop for what Shubman had planned.

As they hiked through the vibrant trails, Preethi's laughter filled the air, her spirit buoyed by the beauty around them.

Shubman watched her with an adoring gaze, his heart swelling at the sight of her happiness. Every moment spent with her reminded him of just how lucky he was to have her in his life.

After a long day of exploring, they set up a cozy picnic at a secluded spot overlooking a breathtaking valley.

The sun dipped low on the horizon, painting the sky in hues of pink and orange. Preethi spread out the blanket while Shubman unpacked the delicious spread of food he had prepared.

"This is amazing, Shubman!" Preethi exclaimed, eyeing the array of sandwiches, fruits, and pastries. "I can't believe you made all this yourself!"

He shrugged, a playful grin on his face. "What can I say? I'm a man of many talents. Plus, I wanted to impress my girl."

She chuckled, shaking her head in disbelief as they settled down on the blanket. They enjoyed their meal, surrounded by the tranquillity of nature, sharing stories and dreams as the sun began to set.

"Do you remember our first trip together?" Shubman asked, his eyes sparkling with nostalgia.

"We were so awkward, and I was trying so hard to make a good impression."

Preethi laughed, her eyes twinkling with amusement. "You were adorable! You kept fumbling with your words and tripping over your own feet."

"Okay, okay, I get it," he said, feigning offence but unable to hide his smile. "But look how far we've come since then. We've made so many amazing memories together."

"Yeah, we really have," Preethi said, her voice softening as she thought of all the moments they had shared. "I wouldn't trade any of it for the world."
