Every 19 years there's always a sacrifice that happens. Akira was one of the unlucky ones and was chosen for the sacrifice.
Everyone gathered near the forest that no one except gods and sacrifices were allowed in. Akira was obviously afraid, no one wanted to be a sacrifice.
They all started to chant words like "God Mint, please take this sacrifice" or "Please don't hurt us". The chanting was weird to Akira but he ignored it. Akira was tied to a chair, he couldn't even speak as there was tape on his mouth.
As soon as everyone left, Akira was all alone, to stare at the horrifying forest. Then, Mint or whatever that child looking thing is, came out of nowhere.
Mint: "hello! I'm guessing you're the sacrifice they do every 19 years?"
Mint saw the tape on Akira's mouth and removed it
Mint: "sorry, I didn't realise they did that to you. So uhm how are you?"
Akira: "completely afraid."
Mint: "makes sense."
Mint untied the rope
Akira: "oh.. thanks."
Mint was supposed to be a god, not this friendly child?
Akira: "who are you exactly? You don't look like Mint?"
Mint: "oh I'm Mint alright, just a new form that's all."
New what?! How is this not her real form?
Akira: "New form? So like.. this isn't your real form?"
Mint: "Akira, I'm the universe, I don't think being in my real form is a good idea."
UNIVERSE?! IM SPEAKING TO THE UNIVERSE?!!?!?!
Akira: "Sooo uhm.. are you going to kill me or..?"
Mint: "The opposite actually."
Akira: "so, you're going to keep me alive?"
Mint: "yeah why not."
Wait, was she serious?
Akira: "are you.. being serious..?"
Mint: "Yeah? Why would I kill you? You're just a teenager."
Akira: "I guess that's true.."
Akira stood up, his mind was swirling with questions
they both started walking inside the forest, it's creepy shadows danced on the grass. A happy universe and a dead forest, that doesn't really make sense..
finally, Akira spoke
Akira: "soo, where are we going exactly??"
Mint: "to my other friends of course. Don't worry, they're not all demons."
Akira: "what? Demons?!"
Mint: "yep, or to be more exact, Spirit Demons."
(Spirit Demons was totally not based off of lemon demon and the spirit phone album. They also totally don't look like the little creatures on the damn Skippy album 😀)
Spirit Demons? Okay what the heck?!
Akira: "that's.. cool I guess.."
We finally made it to this kinda big cave, there were littles and a few people -5 people to be exact-. There were also a few of those Spirit Demons -2 this time-
Mint: "here we are, welcome to our uhh.. hideout I guess.."
Akira: "right.."
I walked up to the group of people, they all stared at me.. creepily..
Jacob: "Hi! I'm Jacob! Nice to meet you!"
Jacob looked 19 so I guess he was new around here too
Emily: "Oh and I'm Emily! We're all 19 years old."
The others started introducing themselves
Smith: "And I'm Smith!"
Ruby: "I'm Ruby heh.."
Stormy: "And last but not least, I'm Stormy"
