Sorry this took so long. I broke my foot 💀 AGAIN.

Anyways, in this One-Shot, Red age-regresses but no one except herself knows. What happens when her girlfriend/dormmate Chloe finds out??

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Chloe had noticed on multiple occasions that something was up with Red. At random times, she could go from super grumpy and wanting to be isolated from the world, to super clingy and just- happy. And then soon after that, (as well as many, many, MANY, other circumstances) she would just- run off!

And there were of course many more odd interactions she had with Red, but it would take forever to explain them all.

Her curiosity peaked through her gaze recently every time Red acted as such, and she finally pushed herself to ask for advice.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Red slammed the door open, dropping her bag onto the floor with a loud grunt, causing Chloe to mark her book and place it down neatly on her desk.

"Tough day?" She asked her girlfriend soothingly, watching as Red threw herself onto Chloe's bed, burying her face in the pillow.

"That's an understatement." Red grumbled, the words muffled by the pillow in her face.

"Aw." Chloe smiled at her girlfriend's cuteness, silently asking herself how she got this lucky. She made her way to her blue-laced bed, seating herself down next to Red as she soothingly traced random patterns in her back.

After a while, Chloe lifted her arm for a second as Red turned to lay on her back, the bluenette wasting no time to drape her arm over her girl's waist.

Red hummed, shutting her eyes for a moment, before rubbing them for a good few seconds. Chloe noticed Red began to get uncomfortable and this time, her curiosity got the better of her.

"You okay, Red?" She asked in a hushed tone of no louder than a whisper, almost as if they were surrounded by glass that could easily shatter into a million pieces.

Red nodded, sitting up slightly, her frown deepening when Chloe moved her arm off of Red. "I need to go. I'll be back in a bit." Red started to slide off the bed, leaving Chloe bewildered beside her.

"Where are you going?" Chloe asked gently, not wanting to provoke her amazing girlfriend, knowing that she had some trauma from her old mother, before they changed the past..

"Just want some fresh air, that's all." Chloe's concerned expression didn't waver with the red-head's response, only deepening when Red glanced over to the girl before opening the door. "I'll be back in no less than 30 minutes." Red promised, exiting the dorm and leaving Chloe alone with her thoughts.

The curly-haired princess laid back on her bed, struggling to figure out what was wrong with Red. Or if anything was wrong at all, which there obviously was. Anyone would be able to see it at this point. Chloe just didn't understand what was happening. So she did what any other logical human being would do.

Chloe dialed the familiar number, waiting a few seconds for the person on the other end to pick up.

"Chloe! Hi sweetie, how are things at AP?"

"Hi Mom! Things are pretty good."

"That's wonderful, how's Red?"

"Actually, that's why I called. I need some advice."

"If it's relationship advice please be safe."

Chloe cringed at what her mother was attempting to imply.
