The air in Kapoor Industries was thick with tension, as though the very building held its breath. Employees rushed around, their faces etched with fear and nervousness. For the past two months, things had spiraled into chaos. The once lively and dynamic workplace now resembled a warzone, with everyone walking on eggshells around their volatile boss—Arjun Kapoor.

In one corner of the office, two employees stood near the coffee machine, exchanging worried glances. They were whispering, careful not to draw attention as they watched the scene unfold before them.

**Employee 1 (Rohan)**: “Can you believe it? That’s the 25th worker suspended in just two months! I heard it’s because he didn’t file the reports on time.”

**Employee 2 (Meera)**: “I know… It’s terrifying. Arjun sir used to be strict, but this… this is something else. He’s become a real devil lately. Every day, he finds something to shout about. It’s like walking into a battlefield.”

Rohan nodded, casting a wary glance toward Arjun’s office, where muffled shouting could be heard.

**Rohan**: “It’s not just shouting, Meera. I overheard some senior staff saying that people have quit because they couldn’t handle the pressure anymore. Sir’s anger has become unbearable. He wasn’t like this before.”

Meera sighed, her voice lowering even more as she checked if anyone was listening.

**Meera**: “You’re right. He wasn’t always like this. Ever since that accident two months ago… everything’s changed.”

Rohan leaned in closer, his brow furrowed.

**Rohan**: “The accident? I heard bits and pieces, but no one really talks about it. What really happened?”

Before Meera could respond, a loud crash echoed from Arjun’s office, making both of them jump. A tense silence followed, and then a terrified employee hurried out, his face pale, clutching a broken file. Arjun’s furious voice boomed behind him.

**Arjun**: “If you can’t handle a simple task, don’t bother coming to work tomorrow! Get out of my sight!”

The employee practically ran out of the office, and Rohan and Meera exchanged a knowing look.

**Rohan**: “See what I mean? It’s like he’s lost all sense of control. It’s better to die than face his wrath these days.”

Meera nodded in agreement.

**Meera**: “He was tough before, but after he married Aarohi ma’am, everything changed. He became… kinder, more patient. The staff used to admire him because he balanced his work and personal life so well. But now…”

She trailed off, glancing at Arjun’s office door, which stood ominously closed.

**Rohan**: “What do you think happened? I mean, we all know there was an accident, but no one ever talks about it. It’s like a forbidden topic.”

Meera’s voice dropped to a whisper, her eyes darting around to ensure no one was listening.

**Meera**: “Shakti sir issued strict orders after the accident. No one is allowed to mention Aarohi ma’am’s name or talk about their marriage. They’ve even scrubbed all photos and news about them from social media and Google. The Kapoors used their power to erase any trace of her.”
