DRACO MALFOY

I sat next to Blaise and Theo in the Great Hall, all of us eating our breakfast as usual. My mind was still preoccupied with the events of last night.

Blaise suddenly looked up at me, noticing my expression.

"Hey mate, everything alright?" asked Blaise.

I looked up from my food shaking myself out of my thoughts for a moment. "Hm? Oh yeah, I'm fine." I said.

Blaise and Theo both exchanged a brief glance, noticing my slightly distracted tone. Blaise spoke up again, curious to know more.

"Had another chick in your bed or what?" Blaise said while taking a bite from his food.

My eyes flick over to Blaise for a moment, and a small smirk grows on my face. "What makes you think I've got anyone in my bed, Blaise? Maybe I'm just enjoying some alone time."

Blaise laughs, clearly not buying Draco's excuse. Theo looks between the two of us, amused by our banter.

"Yeah, alright. You? Alone in bed? We both know that's never the case, man." Said Blaise.

Before I could say anything she walks in with Aya. I see her confidence flickering everywhere. She makes me want to puke.

VICTORIA NOTT

I walked in the Great Hall with Aya. I couldn't sleep very well and I don't know how I'll manage to not fall asleep today.

We sit at the Slytherin table lost in our conversation. "Vic, what should I wear to the party tonight?" said Amaya while playing with her hair.

I looked at her confused. "What party?" I asked.

Amaya continues playing with her hair, looking at me with a hint of annoyance. "The party in the common room tonight? Seriously, how could you forget?" she said.

I was so lost in my thoughts that I totally forgot about this party. "Oh, right." I said, trying to sound excited.

Aya continues talking, her voice slightly excited now. "You have to help me pick something to wear. I can't decide between my red dress or my green one..." she continues to talk but my attention is drawn elsewhere.

His gray eyes looking at me with a slight hint of sarcasm. His deep gaze trying to make me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. Such a dick.

"Sis!" said loudly my brother Theo from the other side of the table, distracting my gaze away from the blonde boy. "You know how much I love you, right?"

"You want the answers to the homework, am I right?" I said annoyed knowing exactly what he wants.

Blaise and Theo chuckle at my response, knowing that I'm always the go-to person for my brother's academic struggles.

"Ah, typical Theo." said Blaise. "Always looking for a hand with his homework."

Theo pouts slightly, pretending to be wounded by Blaise's comments. "Come on sis, don't be like that. I promise I won't ask you for help again after this time. Please?"

"Alright, just stop acting like a child." I said with a slight smile on my face. "You'll have them tomorrow."

Theo's face brightens as he grins widely at your agreement. Blaise laughs as he watches the exchange between you and your brother. "You really are too soft on him, you know that?"

It's already night time and the party is about to start. I didn't plan on coming but Aya was annoying me enough for me to say yes. I put on my short black dress. It's always my go-to.

I started to look for my cigarettes that I only smoke when there's an occasion but they're nowhere to be found.

"Oh fuck." I said under my breath as I walked out of my room.

I step into the common room, and the party is already in full swing. Students from the last years are gathering around, drinking and chatting loudly. The lights are dimmed and the room is filled with a hazy smoke from the cigarettes and pipes. Blaise, Theo, Draco, Adrian and Amaya are all seated on a sofa in the corner with cigarettes and alcohol in from of them.

As I approach the group, I see Draco notices me. His cold eyes trail up and down my body, taking in my appearance. A smirk slowly forms on his face as I sit down next to him, watching as he takes the cigarette between his lips.

Draco takes a drag from his cigarette, his gray eyes still fixed on me.

"Can you give me a cigarette?" I asked him.

His smirk widens slightly. He takes the cigarette between his fingers and offers it to you. "Sure. But it'll cost you."

Of course. I can't even have a damn cigarette in peace.

"Cost me what?" I said trying to understand his intentions.

Draco raises and eyebrow, a sly look in his eyes as he teases. "It'll cost you a favor in return. I'll call it in whenever I want."

I wasn't scared. I was more intimidated that scared. I wanted to know what he'll do. What he'll say. So I let the game be by his rules. For now.

"Alright. Now give me the cigarette." I said.
