Author's POV
Everything happened in a nick of time. One second Jeon Jungkook, the mighty man he was, was sitting in his car, enjoying the peaceful drive and the other second he practically stormed out to save someone. A woman at that. The Jeon Jungkook who absolutely hated women ran out to save one, risking his own life while doing so.
One might think he was a kind hearted generous man but not every thought is right. He was anything but kind hearted and saving someone while risking himself was definitely not in his dictionary. He would rather hunt people down. That's more like his style. So now the question arises, what caused this sudden action?
Jungkook's POV
The only thing that ran across my mind was to anyhow save her. I didn't really think or care about the consequences of my actions in that moment. Something about her intrigued me to another level and i just couldn't risk that thought by letting her be in the middle of the road.
The impact of our collision was strong. We both fell rolling on the side walk and i hit my back on the hard concrete floor. Coming to my senses i looked at her while she was still wrapped up like a lost puppy in my arms. Her eyes were closed tightly probably because of the sudden impact. Her hair was falling on her face and her cheeks seemed slightly pinkish in tone. Was she blushing? I thought to myself but wait, there's something strange. There's tear marks on her face.I tried sitting up, not loosening my hold on her even in the slightest. I look at her face observing and taking in all the features oblivious to the sounds that were surrounding me. She seemed tensed and there was this other emotion on her face that i couldn't really make out clearly. This is new. Reading someone's facial expressions and emotions is like a cup of tea for me, but what is this strange emotion that engulfs her. My face scrunched up in confusion trying to find the cause and reason. And then i slightly noticed her, her eyes were open and she was looking at me, bewildered.
Her eyes, a dark shade of brown, the one that lights up under the sun. They were still filled with tears. Her eyes were captivating, one might find them self being lost in them. It seemed like they held unexplored stories, stories that made me want to explore them. And just when i could think of anything else or notice anything else about her features, i felt her body getting loose and it hit me. She passed out.
Panic settled in, it wasn't the first time someone passed out in front of me but it definitely was the first in this situation. I came fully back to my senses and realized that my driver had been standing there all this while.
He was probably calling out to me but i was way too lost to notice that. I snapped at him. "Quickly, start the car." saying that i picked her up in my arms and stood up.My driver brought the car to us and i carefully placed her in the backseat. I too sat inside with her, keeping her head on my lap so she wouldn't be uncomfortable.
"To the hospital. Quick." i said and the driver started heading to our destination. The light inside the car was dim and i could notice her features a little bit. Her slow breathing indicated that she was just unconscious and nothing was to be really worried about. The passing street lights highlighted some of her features a little more. I looked at her eyes which were closed, moving down i noticed she had a nose piercing. "Interesting" i mumbled to myself. As i kept observing her features, i noticed her lips, there was tear drop near the corner of her lips. I didn't realize when i raised my hand to wipe it off of her. "Soft." i said while brushing my thumb over her lips and a small smile crept up on my face.
