Y/n's POV

There were faint sounds coming from all around, whispers, murmurs, you name it. As i could take in the actions of my surrounding, i felt a sudden pain in my head. My head was spinning like crazy and the light in the room was making it difficult for me to open my eyes.

Somehow i opened my eyes adjusting to the light of the room. What even happened. All i remember is that i was going home and then the phone call and nothing else.

"Why can't i remember anything? And where even am i?" she mumbled to herself. After a little tossing and turning in her place, she sat up on her bed. Looking around she found herself in an unusual setting. "It looks like a hospital room. Why am i here?" she said to herself. She was busy thinking when the door opened and a man wearing a white coat walked inside.

She blinked her eyes continuously and looked at him with a confused look on her face. The doctor walked towards her. "You look fine now miss but you really should be careful while walking on the road." the doctor said while checking her vitals.

"What are you talking about? I'm sorry i can't really remember what exactly happened and why am i even here?" she shot all her questions at the doctor at once. The doctor chuckled hearing her words, as if something really funny had happened. Ignoring the reaction she kept looking at the doctor for the answers of her questions.

"You almost had an accident and then you passed out due to the impact. Along with that your blood pressure was really high which wasn't suitable in that situation. Thanks to that kind man who saved you and brought you here or the outcome could've been worse." the doctor said while adjusting the glucose bottle kept at her side.

"Accident? Oh my lord and who was the one that saved me?" she said being shocked and thankful, somehow at the same time. "He went away after completing the formalities and he also took care of the bill and got you medicines." the doctor said.

Her eyes widened in disbelief. It was already a shocker that she had been saved by someone but on top of that the man also paid the bills and got her medicine. And it wasn't like she was in some book living a fictional life where a rich CEO would save her and pay her bills. Shaking her head at her wild thoughts, she came back to her reality.

"Really?! Who was it, please tell me. I need to meet and thank him and also pay him back. I just cannot randomly accept his generous offers for me." she asked the doctor hoping for a response. But to her disappointment, he just shook her head. "He asked me not to disclose his identity. I am sorry miss but i cannot tell you about him." the doctor said denying her.She looked down in disappointment because now she felt like she was in some lifetime debt. And one thing about Y/n was she hated having free favours from anyone. But no matter how much she disliked the fact, she couldn't deny the fact that she was extremely thankful to that person.

"When can i go home doctor?" she asked the doctor. "Your vitals look fine now and your heart rate seems normal as well. You can go home now but make sure to take the medicines on time and don't stress out too much." he said and then walked out of the room. She got down from her bed and went towards the couch which was placed in the corner of the room to take her purse from there. As she picked up her purse, a small note fell out of it. She frowned seeing it, clearly confused. She picked it up and opened it to read it. Her eyes widened in shock reading what was written in there and her cheeks were flushed. On the note it was written, "Take care, my lost little pup."

Coming to her senses, she looked around as if there were other people who saw and read it too but that clearly wasn't the case. She quickly folded back the note and kept it inside her purse. "That was intense. And interesting. Also why is it making me all flustered. Get a grip y/n." she mumbled to herself, whilst adjusting her hair and clothes. After that she walked out of the room to go back to her house. Coming out, it was already late at night. She looked at her watch and it was two in the morning. The whole road was eerily empty. But she couldn't just stay there. She had to go back anyway. She looked around and noticed that the hospital she was in was quite close to her home, so she decided to walk home.

Jungkook's POV

As he sat in my car to leave from the hospital since everything was taken care of, he felt this sudden urge to not leave from there. So he stayed, in his car, on one end of the road without being noticed. A few minutes later he thought of something that made him smirk. He got out and went outside back in the hospital, took a paper from the receptionist and wrote, "Take care, my lost little pup."

He then went inside her room and put it in her purse without making any noise. After that he sat there on the couch, manspreading. He was looking at her, more like staring at her. He was observing her every breath. How her chest moved up and down as she was breathing. Looking at him one could easily tell that something was brewing inside his head. His thoughts were interrupted as his phone started vibrating. He groaned in frustration but looking at the person who had called, his expressions softened a bit. It was Yoongi who was calling him. He picked up the call.

"Yoongi hyung. You're calling way past talking hours. Is everything alright?" Jungkook asked, his tone almost a whispering one. "Why are you talking so softly? Where are you?" Yoongi asked him. "Now are you going to keep asking me or will you let me answer as well." Jungkook chuckled at the concern of his elder brother.

Then he narrated the whole incident that had happened because he never hid anything from his brothers. They knew every single detail about his life. From what went on in his business to what went on behind the closed doors of his basement. None of it was hidden because they all were included in that as well. Each one had their own job.

Yoongi on the other hand was surprised to hear such a story from his youngest brother. "So what now? You're suddenly interested in girls?" Yoongi asked and his smirk could be heard by Jungkook. "Not girls hyung, just this one girl. She's interesting. I want to explore." He said while looking at her. "Hmm. Do whatever, just be safe. You know there are people waiting for you to make a mistake." Yoongi said in a serious tone. Jungkook nodded as if Yoongi could see him through the phone. After that they hung up.

Jungkook kept staring at her for another few minutes. He then got up and walked towards her. He stood beside her bed. A few strands of her hair were on her face and he raised his hand to remove them from her face. He then cupped her jaw with his hand and slightly rubbed his thumb on her cheeks caressing her. He shook his head again, as if making himself come back to his senses. "Fuck i need to control myself around her." Saying that he went away from there and sat back in his car but again, he didn't leave from there. He waited. Waited for her to come outside because somehow he didn't feel it right to leave her all alone and neither did he want to trust anyone else with her.
