I was waiting in line as the teacher was taking attendance.
"Hey, you..." I turned around as he taped on my shoulder.
"Umm, yeah?" "What are you?"
I looked at him confused, what kinda question is that?
"What do you mean?"
"Are you a nerd??"
I stood there, not knowing how to answer that. I mean, I could be. What makes a person a nerd?
I answered carefully as I didn't want to be called a nerd. " What do you think I am??"
He didn't give it much thought and answered fast. " I think you're a nerd, I mean, look at you, Braces, glasses, and I've seen you go crazy about Pokémon cards."
I didn't know how to respond to that. "Whatever you think."

"HEY EMO GIRL!!!"
I turned around as I saw a girl yelling and waving. I looked around but saw no one, and the only person on the field was me.
"Hey?" I was so confused.
She stared at me like I was the coolest person she had ever met.
She looked at her friend as she started to walk away. We're they talking about me?
~《☆》~
"OH MY GOD, YOU HAVE POKÉMON CARDS!!!"
I saw one of my old friends from my old school. He had a huge book full of Pokémon cards.
"You want to look through it?"
"OF COURSE!"
He handed me the book as he went to talk with some of his friends. I went to my friend, who is also obsessed with Pokémon.
After a while, a guy came up to me.
"I knew you were a nerd."
THIS DUDE WAS RIGHT BEHIND ME, BY MY EAR.

We had an assignment about how people describe ourselves.
"HEY, how would you describe me?"
I looked at my friend, wondering what she thought about me.
"What I want to say is that you're emo."
"WHAT!!"
"Your outfit says you're emo, you wear black, you always look sad. Also you listen to a lot of rock music."
A/n: My outfit is a mix of grunge and alt. So personally, I don't think that's considered emo.
