Arnav looked up at Aman who have came to take his signature on few of the documents.
He continued signing flipping the pages goiing through the detailing of the wordings in the process .
Arnav : What about our New  Employee?  KHUSHI ? She is missing from her seat ? Did she left already ?
Aman : She has taken a PR Today, She will be joining in the second half ... You leave no chance in forcing her to leave the premises without any notice ..
Arnav : Why you think I would do such thing ?There is something called Professionalsm that I dearly mantain Aman ... and  does She really doing her work properly ? I am not finding her reliable at all
Aman : Reliable ? ( He let out a sigh ) ASR ... As much as I have been an observant ....She is a hard working woman .... She is bringing effecient result to her work which is also appreciable .. The New Deal which we are going to sign this Friday .. The Lead was generated by us ..
Arnav : So ? We are paying her for that ... Aman don't you think you are protecting her these days way too much ..( He said as handed him the file ) Don't forget your status in the company .. or did you started having feelings for her ?
Aman : Bhabhi Mana tha unhe ... Aaj bhi Wohi manta hoon .. ( He said looking straight in his eyes ) And Yes I will be standing for her in both personal and professional level ..
Arnav : Got your point .. But  Don't forget you work for me too ... and my priorities should be your concern as well .. Khushi's involvement can bring trouble in my life as well for the Company .. Which I cannot tolerate ...
Aman let out a sigh gathering the file He got up to leave
Aman : Well, How I feel to kick you out on your hardness ..
Arnav : Mind your language Aman .. Don't forget I am the Boss over here ...
Aman : Go and Sue Me .. Don't forget if Aman Mathur resgins AR ... Your company shares will start faltering the same instant ... And Are you such a fool to risk it anyway ?
Arnav groaned rolling his eyes diverting the topic
Arnav : Hope You remember Ashi is having her Birthday this weekend  Did you check with all the preparations ...
Aman : Your daughter herself have called me giving in details of her requirement and Don't worry I have let the teams work on it .. ( Arnav nodded his head as Amam left away while He closed his eyes leaning his head back )
His daughter is going to be a year older this weekend . A Small smile crept on his lips .. She was a tiny bundle when he have hold her for the very first time .. But Now look at her, she jumps, hops, screams around the whole house ...
It's seems just like yesterady .. Ashi is really a blessing in his life and He cannot thank his Mother enough for gifting him this wonderful angel ...
Some thoughts crossed  his mind, as he opened his eyes pressing his fingers against his throbbing headache ..
He have planned everything so well, In No way he can let his hard works go in vain .. This Empire, He have rises from the ashes with just little Compromises ...
Arnav Singh Raizada have looked at Khushi through the monitoring screen which is installed in his cabin to give an ample coverage of the CCTVS fixed across the building ..
Khushi seems to be smiling today ? What is the matter behind her smile ? He needs to find out ..

Khushi smiled as she start working sending a silent prayer to her beloved Devi Mayiaa .. Ishita and her little toddler has becomee an intergal part lf her life .. Ashi do plays a very vital role in healing up her wounds .....
She seems to forget all her surroundings meeting her,  She looked so familiar to her as if  she know the little child for her years ..
But what ashtonished her that the little kid resembles so much of someone who have turned her life upside down ... Arnav Singh Raizada .. She can find a miniature version of him in that little girl ..
Or may be she is just thinking too much .. The toddler have invited her to the birthday party on the weekend which her parents have thrown on one of a luxurious hotel in Mumbai .. She have tried avoiding it knowing she would be no where to match their standards .. But Ishita and Ashi both were firm and she could not help but to get convinced by them ...
As much she have came to know Ishita, She was an ambitious girl with a vibrant degree in Finance, Infact she ia qualified CA who have even worked after marriage but with Ashi's arrival in their life she decides to give all her efforts and time to their baby ..quitting everything around ..
She belongs from a very well to do family and Her husband seems to be a well known personel ... She has came to know with the kind of securities she carries around her ...and Ashi have also proudly states how famous her father is .. and There stand Her .. A Nobody ..
But Yet, They don't hestitate talking with her developing bonds with her, Atleast they knows how to treat people ..
She sighed when her intercom started ringing she picks up the call ..
Groaning inwardly she took the note book walking toward upstairs ..
She knocked the door, walking inside she looked up at the man who raised up his head from the screen
Arnav : Please be seated Miss Gupta , ( He asked in a calm tone )  I heard you are not mantaining office protocol ? Why is that so ?
Khushi : Sorry ? I didn't get you Sir .. I didnot remember breaking any protocal that can effect the business intentionally ..
Arnav : Did you inform anyone before taking a leave .. You just joined few days back and this kind of attitude won't be tolerable ..
Khushi : I didn't take any leave Sir ... I had informed about my late today .. I informed it to office group ..
Arnav : Putting a message in office group gets it all sorted ... Don't forget you work as my Assistant too and Heck  I am not aware about her absence ? You think I am paying you for this casualities of yours  ? And I heard you hardly punctual at office ?
Khushi :I appologise ... But Sir, If you are talking about Punctualities then it should be mantianed in both the way  Isn't it ? ..why the Time is Fixed for entering office but there is no time fixed for going back home from office ?  Most of the day, I stay back after office hours but i never complain it to anyone ... Because I thought it's my work
Arnav:  This how We work ..If you have problem .. You can leave ...
Khushi let out a sigh, There is no mean of arguing with this man ... With a very less experience hardly any company will employ her giving how competitive the market is these days ..   she needs to be in this job ..
Pressing her lips, gulping down the lump inside her throat she lowers down her eyes ..
Arnav : And Your performance  ? Why should I invest my money on you ... Nothing is appropriate .....  If you can't do multi tasking ..I don't need you in my company ... Go ...  I want atleast 10 actual leads by End of the Day .. If you cannot then you may submit your resignation the very first thing tomorrow .. Now Out !!
Khushi closed her eyes tight sighing before gathering herself and leave . 
Arnav sighed glaring in details at her retiring form .. He smirk, He knows Khushi is putting all her efforts in her works ..  He appreciate the way She handled the operational work and also generate new business ...  Khushi seems to be a good learner .. She always was ... She was a brilliant student infact during her college ... and She deserves much of her current Role .. She is meant to climb higher if she get a proper guidance. But Then He cannot let that happen Risking himself ..
Well, But why don't He enjoys the fruits till then ..pushing her off the limits will benefit her anyway ..
Arnav : Khushi Kumari Gupta, I will not let you survive in the city for long !! You make a grave mistake entering my Den ... Kab tak larogi mujhse ... ( He said playing with the paper weight)

More than 200's call Khushi have done from the morning but all She has got not more than 3 leads .... Getting  Ten active lead is really difficult ... She pressed her fingers on her throbbing forhead ..
Aman : what happen ? You looked stressed up .. ( he asked as he stood near her cubicle ) Come to my cabin ..I need to discuss something important .. Carry your Note Book ..
He said, heading towards his cabin while Khushi sighed as she carried the notebook making her way up to Aman

Aman : Tell me what is bothering you ? I can see you are really stressed up with something ? Does ASR again said something hurtful ?
Khushi : I have given the target for today 10 leads ... I don't know how am I going to do that ... He have asked me to quit if I can't do it today
Aman : How many did you done till now
Khushi : Three out of which One seems to be dicy ...
Aman : then the number is two .. and you have remaining Eight ? It's already 5 pm .. How you are going to  manage ... Time is running ..
Khushi : I don't know .. I have to do ..
Aman : Callimg Randomly won't help you in this situation .. We have our Old Client Data in Company's share folder.. Go through it .. Approach them with our new products and Offers .. and Use Social Media as well .. Linked In can be very useful in this ..
Khushi : How ? .. Will approcahing existing client will help
Aman : I am talking about our old clients .. those who were associated with us previously ... and at the same time contact our existing ones ..In this way it will help you to build relationship with them .. Work Smartly Khushi .. Hard work with Smart Approach is very important Khushi to survive in corporate .. Remember one thing ASR's Smart and cunning approach has make him reached where he is today .. Chalo All the Best Khushi ... Go back to your Seat before you are found missing
Khushi : Thank you ( She whispers, clutching the note pad close to her chest she walks away )
Aman looks at the disappearing form .. The Girl has gone through so much ..... He knows the pain she hides behind her smile ...
He knows, Arnav Singh Raizada tries several ways to faltered her confidence .. But He won't let that happen ..He will enthew her to fight against him ..
Aman has got to know about Khushi in details from Akash Arnav's cousin whom he have called after finding Khushi in AR ..
There was a time, when Arnav Singh Raizada was head over heels in love with Khushi and Now ... He does not even  think twice hurting her ..
Was love so crooked!! Does Khushi even know the sin Arnav has commited against her without her knowledge ..
The thrust of Money, has make him so crooked that He never bothered before dealing with his precious ..
What will happen when Khushi will know the truth ? And Aman is sure the same thought must have lingered in Arnav's mind as well which is making him react in this way ..
He want to shrug her away as early as possible but is it so easy ..

Khushi finished noting her last lead... The Idea really worked .. Noting all the details  in the tracker .. She converted the file into a protected PDF before mailing the details to Arnav .. She has tweleve leads but she will not give a single more than Ten .. Two would be in her stock .... This is one of the tactic she came to learn after joining AR .. Never open up all in your bucket ..
She wipes out her forehead as she took a sigh relief before she send another tracker with the existing customers 's requirements ...and their convinent schedule time ..
She glanced at the clock .. She completes it on time .. Shutting her system she stood up walking to washroom before she calls for the day

Arnav raised his eyebrow as he looked up the details .. Not Bad !! She has worked calculatevly .. She is learning fast ..she was always calculative she knows her way too well .. Does not he knows that ? Have not seen her side in the past ...
Khushi Kumari Gupta if she is thinking the game to be very easy then She is wrong Arnav Singh Raizada is not an easy nut to crack ..

Khushi reached to her cubicle only to find Arnav standing there .. The floor has already being emptied ...
Arnav : In my cabin Now ..
Khushi : Sir, I have mailed you ... and I am calling for the day .. I will be late otherwise ..
Arnav : Miss Gupta ....Hurry up .. Bring your note book !!

Khushi was noting down the dictation he was giving ..... She knows he purposely did so .. Pressing her fingers on the back of her neck .. she triedto concerntrate but then her vision started bluring out before the pen fell down from her grip ..as she shifted in her seat only to fall unconcious...
Arnav looked up from his laptop not to find any commotion only to find her laying unconcious in a sitting postion on her seat .. Panic rose into him as he instantly rushed towards her side kneeling infront of her
Arnav : Khushi .. Khushi .. Look at me ? ( He hold her wrist trying to check her pulse ) Ohh Fuck!!
Arnav : She definately have missed her lunch... ( He groaned ) Khush .. ( He patted her cheeks) Look at me Khush !!
