arrived at Jeju island:
"wahhh, it's been so long.. I miss this feeling so bad " beomgyu yelling as soon as they've arrived.
He can't even recalled when's the last time he went on a holiday. Work family studies. everything is so tough. Schedules are tight. Beomgyu barely had any time for a proper rest.
Taehyun standing besides beomgyu slightly chuckles amazed by how the older scream to top of his lungs.
" should we go take a scroll first? Inhaling some fresh air from the Jeju island.. " asked taehyun.
"aren't you hungry? food at Jeju are fingers licking good. wanna go try some? I know this underrated restaurant. I don't really know why they're underrated but their food are amazingly delicious. the owner was very nice and friendly. the price was so cheap. you should try them. "
" you look like someone being the ambassador and promoting something "
"no but seriously.. the restaurant is so good"
"ok beomgyu. let's go. I kinda feel hungry too right now "
Mr Choi has definitely prepared everything for them. they even got a rental car for the 3 days holidays a.k.a. their honeymoon. the newlywed get into the car and quickly went to the restaurant mentioned by Beomgyu.
"annyeonghaseyo" Beomgyu greets politely before stepping into the restaurant.
the quickly walk in to find a table for both of them. soon, the owner came out approaching Beomgyu
"oh my, aren't you Beomgyu?" asked the old lady in front of them.
seeing her, Beomgyu quickly stand up the bow politely to the lady.
"yes ma'am.. you're right. can't believe you still remember me?"
"ah of course I would remember a young and good looking man like you. "
Beomgyu giggles feeling shy hearing the compliment from the lady with a sweet mother-figure.
"what project brings you here now? "
"oh this time is not because of a project. it's an actual holiday. I came to clear off my mind"
"wow that's actually unexpected. good for you though. oh, wait. is this your friend? he's also good looking "
"ah, nice to meet you ma'am. I'm kang taehyun, husband of Beomgyu " taehyun smiles bowing in 90° after saying his greetings.
"husband? Beomgyu never told me he has a husband "
"we're newlywed ma'am " Beomgyu replied.
"ohh.. congratulations Beomgyu and Mr Kang.. you're so lucky to have a sweet husband like beomgyu"
"please don't be so formal ma'am.. just call me taehyun. and thank you for that"
"oh my.. I'm so sorry. this old lady should has take your orders first. I'm just a little bit excited to see beomgyu again after ages.."
"ah no worries ma'am.."
"so.. what are you going to order?"
"the usual please "
"what about taehyun?"
" umm.. I'll just get the same "
"oh how lovely. will serves you later. " the lady smiles and soon walk into the kitchen.
" so what are your usual? " Taehyun asked as he was confused about the meal he just ordered.
" when it comes to Jeju, of course it's the gogi-guksu . it's a must try here. why do you order the same if you didn't know my usual? "
" because I had no idea what to eat. that's why I ordered the same as yours "
"ahh I see.. don't worry.. I can guarantee you will like those "
Taehyun smiles.
"How long have you know that aunt? "
" it's been years. I used to visit Jeju often because of our company's project here"
"ahh I see.. no wonder.. you both look close "
beomgyu smiles nodding slowly. he then draws a smirk on his lips.
"why are you asking? are you jealous of us? " beomgyu asked teasingly.
"huh? why would I? "
"who knows" beomgyu gives the most suspicious smirks while raising his eyebrows.
"eww eugh.. stop giving those flirtatious look.. it's annoying"
both males burst out laughing. it seems like the newlywed can't stop teasing each other.
"oh my, you guys are so cute. here's your meal. enjoy " the owner serves their food by herself. she then walks away giving the couple their privacy.
beomgyu inhaling the noodles like there's no tomorrow. He must has really miss the the taste here. fortunately he didn't choked on his food.
"slow down gyu.. geez you're eating like a starving animals in the jungle"
"ahhh how refreshing.. don't mind me.. I really miss the taste of this gogi-guksu.. you should eat yours"
Taehyun slightly shakes his head showing his disapproval of the way beomgyu inhaling his food. He then grab his spoon and quickly get a sip of the soup.
and that's how Taehyun end up falling in love with the food and restaurant too. I guess you can call it love at the first sip?
"wow.. that is delicious" ending his comment, he quickly eat the food or you can also say he inhaled it like beomgyu..
"geez, you saying I looked like a starving animals and here you are inhaling it too.. told you it was good "
"mhmm.. " Taehyun could just hums in approvals since he's still chewing on the noodles..
beomgyu grinning from ears to ears looking at the younger enjoying the food he recommends.. He stares at the younger with the eyes full of loves.. Taehyun indeed look adorable- wait loves? did beomgyu fell in love already? we'll see.. this is just the beginning...
