Bodyguard?!

Nanny Serine pov

It was about time we all go to sleep. I watch the sky as my bed was next to the windows. The stars wasn't too many also not too less. My daughter face were being draw on the sky by the star. How I miss her. No one knows that she has abandoned me.

"Aunt Serine. It's time to sleep now. Have you take your medicine?" Delilah, the caretaker ask me. I just nod.

"So have a nice dream, Aunt Serine." I smiled. I lay and she left. The light were switch off. My eyes became heavy. Then, everything become more darker.

Lilly pov

Today, my class start at 11 but like usual, I'll arrive at 9. When I arrive at the college, my legs head to the library. Once I arrive there, I take a sit and walk towards the bookshelf. While I looking for book, I arrive at some empty bookshelf that do not filled up with one or two book. This is the bookshelf for theater. The story use for theater.

Then, I saw someone past by the empty hole at the bookshelf. Looks familiar. That person walk backwards and stood in front of me.With the empty bookshelf between us. I know him.

"I thought I one saw. It is you." He smile. He is the man who safe me yesterday. I just smiled back.

"Are you studying here?" I ask him.

"Yeah. You too?" I nod.

"Your class start at..."

"11." He said.

"Want to come sit with me?"

"Sure." We walk together to the table. I put the book I took on the table. He sat in front of me.

"You always read this much?"

"Not really. When, I felt want to. Oh, yeah. What's your name? I didn't have the chance to ask. Well, you know..."

"Yeah. I remember that." I feel shy.

"Garth. Garth Knight. Nice to meet you..."

"Lilly Antebellum. Nice to meet you too." He held out his hand to me. I welcome the reach hand.

"You know. I think I heard your name before. I just don't remember. Never mind." I feel relief. I thought he is one of the boy who chase me. For money, of course. Then, we talk and talk about funny thing. I don't know why but I feel comfortable with him.

Garth pov

My class is over. I was heading home. I walk out of college. At the front gate, there is 3 guys standing in front of me. What the hell?

"Hey, you." The one with dark hair and tall call me. I just look at him.

"You walk with Lilly, right? This morning." How did they know?

"I don't remember that." I said.

"In the library." The fat one said. Lilly Antebellum. Oh! Now I remember. She's the daughter of Viginira millionaire. How come I don't know about it.

"I don't know any girl name Lilly. Go away." I walk away. I heard a step of foot running towards me from behind. I step to side making the tall dark haired guy fall. Everyone looking at us.

"I told you I don't know. Why can't you just go away?" The quiet guys held my shirt collar roughly.

"Liar." His fist was flying about to hit my face and...

"Stop!!" I heard a girl yell. His fist stop few inch from my nose. Lilly! She walk towards us. She snap that guy hand who is hold my shirt collar.

"Stop it, Adam. He has nothing to do with this. He's just one of my friend."

"But.."

"Go away. Now." She said. That three guys walk away.

I felt something holding my arm. I only realize that it was her hand when she drag me.

"Wait. Lilly, where we going?"

"Anywhere. Just not here." Her face were mad. I just follow her.

Evening

Garth pov

We walk for almost 30 minutes from college. I don't know where we are heading. Her hand still hold my arm. Then, we arrive at a big mansion. I sure it is her house.

"Lilly."

"We have arrive. Thank you for sending me home."

"What? I don't know that was the way to your house. Lilly."

"From tomorrow you have to remember that path because starting from tomorrow you will be my bodyguard." I shock.

"What the heck? Oi. Lilly. Isn't I'm your friend?"

"Today you're my friend. Tomorrow you're my friend and my bodyguard." She smiled.

"But.."

"Bye. See you tomorrow." She walk away and then stop.

"Tomorrow, please come at 7.30 morning. Thank you." She walk away. I just look at her back until she's inside the house.

"What the fuck is going on? What is this girl think? How can I go to the restaurant if I have to be her bodyguard? My debt is not settled yet. What Madam Dewsred will say?" I walk away. Heading home.

What have happen? My life will probably change. Only because of her.
