MARIAN OLSON - MORNING GRWM W/ Q&A
"Hey guys, welcome t-to another video with me. If you're new here, this is a great video t-to start on." She introduced herself before her intro started playing with a Billie Ellish song.
Soon, after she came back onto screen with a yawn, she was sitting at her desk with her bed in the background made.
"It's... It's 5am, and I have s-s-school in t-three hours. So, I have to s-start getting ready now." She then poured all her makeup onto her desk and yawned again.
'First question: is your stutter real?'
She started to do her skincare to prepare herself for the day. "Yes, my s-s-stutter is real. To explain my story, I was born with extremely weak lungs that were too s-small for my body. As a result of that, my heart flutters oddly adding to the problems with my lungs. When I was t-three, I had a really bad seizure which eventually caused my stutter and now I'm stuck in speech therapy. Back then, the letters, 'm' 's' 'j' and 't' were the letters I struggled on. Now, it's just 's' and 't'."
'Second question: What made you start Youtube?'
As she looked at her mirror to focus on her makeup, she answered. "My therapist stated when I was t-tw...." She sighed to think about her words. "When I was twelve, she said that talking more often would help with my stutter a little bit and also break through my bubble of social anxiety. As time passed, I did not expect so many s-sub-subscribers and now look, five years of doing this with three million subscribers."
